I frequently visit the vapor shop next door. On this occasion, I walked into the store and the employee told me they would not be open for another ten minutes. I politely asked, “Can I stay inside until you open?” She said yes.
A short time later, I saw her get on her phone while holding money in her hand. She then told me, “My manager said you can’t be inside while I count the money.” I complied with what she said.
I believe I was profiled based on my appearance. I am a truck driver with no outstanding bills. I keep my money in three separate accounts, each with more than $5,000. I do not need or want anyone else’s money. I have gold teeth, carrying two phones, and wearing a Rolex, and it appeared that this influenced how I was treated.
The employee called the police while I was eating. She also stated that her father is the police chief. Officers then followed me and pulled me over outside of town, in an area I am not from, without explaining what was happening. This felt like intimidation.
During the encounter, the officer made a triangle shape with his hands and then a hand-washing motion and said that the manager wanted me trespassed. I immediately left when asked. I did not trespass at any point.
For the rest of the day, wherever I went in that town, a squad car appeared shortly after I arrived, including at Dutch Bros, Dollar Tree, and McDonald’s.
I am now in the process of requesting public records and searching for a civil rights attorney through the state bar. I was later told that $50 was missing from the register. I categorically deny taking any money. I do not need $50, and I believe this accusation is false.
Given the claim that the employee’s father is the police chief, I believe this situation involves profiling, abuse of power, coercion, intimidation, and actions taken under color of law.

Of flour-clumped so called icecream. I kindly called her to ask her and let her know that there were flour clumps and milk…..the texture. She was awful, got angry.Hung upon me. Wow. I wasn’t rude.I was just informing her. Wow. So with no good owner, she did not offer anything except the charge.
And then unbeknownst to me, she literally waited to make sure that when she sent the ×tra 25.00 to surprise me. Total cost: 40.00.
Sneaky , horrible in their ice cream , so called ice cream sucks! No Business etiquette. She obviously hates people.She should not be in this business. Not in any business that involves people.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ( OH , AND THE FIRST CHARGE WAS SNUCK IN THERE).

Got a banana split it was made on top of foil in a plastic container which I did not see the foil because the ice cream was melted part of the foil was missing which I probably ate and I am sensitive to foil I can’t get ride of the taste in my mouth I keep brushing me teeth it just won’t go away in I am getting shock sensation in my teeth I no that it sounds strange but its true any the taste of foil is horrible so I recommend if you get one make sure there is no foil left inside and watch them very carefully what they are doing I should of just got a waffle cone maybe this is the first and last time I will be going to this place

went for ice cream open sign on and with in business hours. refused service. idk how long it takes to scoop ice cream and clean a dish. long time customer. who always left good incentive for workers. idk why can’t take the 5 mins before close to serve one customer. i get wanting to go home it’s not like wiping the counters and cleaning a scoop would saved the day, what’s the point of building loyalty tipping all that if when a customer comes to be served they get told no. change the hours to 9:30 on friday then. good ice cream it’s just over priced reeds dairy anyways. thanks i get that it was 5 mins before closing. waffle cones at reeds better and fresher ice cream, may as well home deliver or save the tip and drive to meridian get a half gal to go.

My husband and I stopped in a month or so ago, and we both agree that this is the best ice cream we’ve had, including our homemade. This is definitely the creamiest and flavorful ice cream with shine great flavors we’ve not seen elsewhere. We will definitely be back. This would be a great place to bring out of town visitors.

Came in tonight at 8:50 they were already closing, the girl was obviously irritated, I even apologized for us coming in so close to closing. They just stood there didn’t say anything. I got the cake batter and my ice cream was completely melted. I even made a comment about it and they didn’t offer anything else. My husband got a waffle cone and it was stale and had a super small scoop. We were out in 5 minutes, not good customer service. My husband is the best tipper and he didn’t even tip. I would give it a one star but we’ve been in before and had a good experience but this experience made the group we went with decide never to go again sad because I love supporting local businesses.
