First time patron. They got my to-go order wrong. Had to drive back. By the time I got it sorted, my fries were cold and milkshake melted. No offer of compensation or even an apology.
Burger was, well, if you like greasy burgers, soggy buns, and undercooked bacon, then you’ll love it. I won’t be returning.

It’s a fast food joint. But, they serve awesome cheese curds! Staff doesn’t seem to care about work or people. Not an exciting or fun place to be in. Get it to go. But pick it up yourself, too many times they’ve either forgotten something, or the delivery driver swiped something.
Also! You have to get there as if you’re going to Albertsons on River Rd. Only access is from the traffic light.

This was my first time trying Wayback Burgers. I really enjoy the found. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Food was fairly inexpensive but a little pricey too. The tots were amazing. My burger was good. Great place to try.

Best burger I’ve tasted in a long time. Not a pattie but a real juicy hamburger. Not cheap to eat but so worth the price for the taste.

Came in for the lunch rush and ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger but the Bacon was forgotten as you can see in the photo. The Bourbon sauce was tangy and creamy, complimented the burger well with the Onion Rings. Had a share of the Chili Cheese Tots and didn’t quite like the taste of the chili it was a little on the sweet side for me but some people like that. There’s no fries or tots or drinks even included with the burgers so be prepared to pay extra for that to have a full complete meal.
Overall not a bad experience even if the burger was missing toppings. A little far from downtown Eugene but right off the Beltline freeway so just a quick drive from downtown if your there.

Don’t shrink your portions! Came here since day 1. Got a kiddy meal for $15 Tiny burger nothing on it, to my suprise, not even katsup. I wanted everything. Tiny Fries, no drink. Might as well have raised your price again instead of shrinking everything. Good bye, not coming back. I’d pay $20 for ok size burger and fri, rather than have night ruined by being hungry. I’m not even a big eater. I used to struggle to finish there. What a disaster.

Not your typical frozen fast food patty sets this burger apart from the other fast food burgers.

I wanted to order something simple so I got a hotdog. Easy enough right? I mean, how can you mess up a hotdog? Well, apparently many ways. I wanted ketchup, mustard and onions on it. Well, apparently they believed that they needed to make the hotdog able to float because it was rubber. Not to mention, the amount of extras was so poured on, I had to scrape it off just to try and eat it!
As far as healthy, I wouldn’t choose Wayback as a place to go!

Great burgers! This place is a favorite of ours and when we lived closer it was our go-to burger stop. Back then they made their own BBQ chips that were awesome, but even though I don’t see them on the menu anymore their tots and onion rings are solid sides with a good selection of dips to go with. We order online now and pickup because it’s convenient for us since we live further away now. Love their burgers, delicious!

Touted as an establishment that is suppose to provide a superior quality burger, Wayback Burger underperformed. Firstly, the taste was bland. Both the classic and their bacon burger were, in a sense, boring. Nothing really stood out and distinguished them from, say, a burger at McDonalds. They were also on the greasier side. Although the ingredients appears higher in quality, I don’t think that justifies the price markup.
The restaurant itself appeared modern and decently clean. Wait times were average. The staff could be friendlier and more professional (i.e. not standing around and gossiping, engaging with customers, etc).
