For me this place always has made to order fresh cooked food. There food comes hot and delicious. Also it has one of the best grilled chicken Ceasar salad. Made with romaine lettuce, parmesan chesse, croutons, and a slice of seasonal chicken. The salad comes in good portion and fresh. Place is usually clean and so are the bathroom. It’s a nice place to go to.

We came in with a group of 12. Dusty allowed us to move tables so we could celebrate a family birthday. They even let us hang balloons. They were super accommodating and very friendly! Food and shakes were amazing! Kid even loved their food. 10/10 highly recommend

The lack of urgency is what sparked this review. I waited ten minutes for a staff member even started my order for my shakes I ordered. It was not busy at all either! I even asked the gentlemen standing in the back if my order came through and the instant hateful look he gave me before saying yes took me back. He clearly did not want nothing to do with my order. If the employees can’t offer the same attention to an order of milkshakes then maybe take it off the menu. Pretty sure I tasted the hate in my shake too.

Ordered online, picked up in store. When I got home I found they had left out an order of fries, and did not give us the right burger. I tried to call the store, but it kept going to a voice mail box that is not set up. When someone finally answered after repeated tries, I was put on hold and they never came back. Basically, I wasted $7 (for the fries we didn’t get, and for the “double bacon” burger which was just a 2nd classic), and couldn’t even reach anyone to point out the error.

Ordered the $8 cheeseburger box on the website. The menu stated the burger comes topped with American cheese, lettuce, and tomato, with mustard, ketchup, and mayo on the side. There is an area to write in requests but no option to remove toppings other than cheese. I asked for no tomato. The burger I received was topped with lettuce, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard instead. I really dislike onions and felt they ruined the flavor of the burger. The texture was ok, not as good as I remember. The fries seemed undercooked and didn’t have much salt. However, the order was ready when I arrived about 3-5 minutes before the estimated ready time.
