Anastasia took our order she was friendly and helpful. Everything was made fresh and good. They all put gloves on (they did not wash their hands first). The restaurant’s score is 87. I started not to stay because of that but we could see the kitchen. They also do a military discount. I will watch the score before going back. I decided to add as I was walking out I noticed the trash cans were dirty (yes it holds trash). And the drink station lemonade area needs cleaning. It was very slow but I didn’t see anyone in the kitchen cleaning, and cleaning supplies to close to food prep. Employees are friendly just need more training.

The service was very good, I had the vegetarian black bean burger it was better than it sounds, the french fries are thin and were very crispy. The onion rings were very good, my wife had a double smashburger said it was delicious. We would definitely go back.

Had lunch at Wayback and the service was top notch. For a dine in fast food spot they are very attentive even though they don’t have to be. The food was great and yes the milkshakes were on point! 10/10 will dine again.

Food was great service very fresh everything was hot and juicy they made me feel like I was welcome to stay the cashier was awesome the crew and the back was orderly fashion good and fast came in at lunch time and it was a pretty good bit of people in there and nobody looked like they was waiting for a long time for they phone spoke with manager and loved her energy I would love too come back to visit again and will do sometime soon

Stopped and had lunch here today. The burgers and fries were fresh and hot. The milkshake had a weird metallic aftertaste. I thought it was just mine. And as we were leaving another family in the parking lot was commenting how all of their milkshakes tasted metallic. My daughter agreed. Maybe it’s the new blender. I’m not real sure.

My family of 4 ordered 3 Cheeseburgers and 1 A1 cheeseburger. The menu on the board says Ate for $8. This is false advertising as it was really $8.99. The young man taking our order let us know he was new to the order format on the computer as he was struggling to find the right button to push. He asked for help, I think she might have been a manager, and she was very curt and rude to him in front of us. Taylor was apologetic and embarrassed, but continued taking our order in a pleasant manner. Now the food. The burgers were small, sloppily put together and there was so much mustard and mayo on both sides of the bun it was running out. We ate what little cburger we could stand and it was a good thing as 20-30 minutes later we were all experiencing stomach pains.
Our first and last time to eat there. I do NOT recommend this eating establishment. The 5 star service was for the young man that took our order.

Drove up from Fl and thought we would try a new place to try, so hit up the reviews. Look at all items that were a negative or concern. So I set out to check out each during my visit. Everything that was listed has been addressed. Place was spotless, staff was super friendly, cleaning items in kitchen were away from any food prep stations and it was clean. Kudos to you for taking time to hear out your customers and address their concerns. On a side note one concern that trumps all previous was no Dr pepper on the fountain lol….. but really a bit more salt or seasoning on burger could be used but still were killer burgers (Original and cheesy)but thats just a personal preference. Great place and management!
