Found this place from someone posting on FB, Terry is super friendly, cooking up some of the best BBQ, Brisket is mouth watering, super tender, perfect smoke to it. Mac&cheese great texture and flavor and the Baked beans are perfect as I am pretty picky when it comes to them.

The ribs and shrimp were the bomb and Mac and potato salad complete the meal perfectly and there is a great selectionof combinations.
The food is spiced really well and just right just like a backyard BBQ and as an added plus you can enjoy the BBQ while taking in a game at the taproom next door!
Definitely a must for great bbq!

The food (art) was very good. Everything was savory, flavorful, and tender.
The beans were unexpectedly great, I had no idea beans could be that good.
I highly recommend the garlic noodles with pork belly.
I’m never a fan of greens but these are an exception.
Family loved the mac and cheese.
The prices were fair and ended up paying less than expected.
Give this place a try!!

Legit BBQ. Seriously nice owner who provided great service. Ribs were tender. Tri tip was smoked well and does not require sauce IMHO. The pork bell was very good but probably my least favorite all three but that could have been because I ate over a pound of meat in my car. This place definitely deserves a stop.

I just had the best meal I’ve ever had in Olympia so far.
I got the Garlic Noodles with Pork Belly and Spicy Crunchies. I about died from the flavore explosion i experienced.
The noodles were the perfect texture, the pork belly was perfectly rendered with the perfect amount of smoke.
The barbecue sauce wasn’t too sweet or too acidic.
I love everything about it!

Best BBQ I’ve had this side of the Mississippi by far! Meat is delicious, tender and smoked on site. Sides are beautifully seasoned, and filling. Portion sizes are fantastic, definitely eating here again!

We devoured the brisket and ribs so unfortunately I don’t have anything to post a picture of. This is one of the best BBQ spots I’ve found in the area. The ribs were tender and succulent and the brisket had a crispy, smokey crust and the fat melted in your mouth and had so much flavor. The beans were exceptional and the coleslaw was a great palette cleanser and it came with pickled onions that were delicious with the brisket. I’ll probably get double beans next time because they are so good. We are definitely going to be coming back.

This were the worst ribs I’ve ever had. They served them cold and they were hard to eat. I couldn’t even finish them. They just looked nice in the outside but they were really bad. Not fresh not smoked and not a place I would go back to… Im sad because this place has 4.9 stars and for $20 not really worth it. Service was laking as well not friendly at all..

You could smell it from the bus stop. Y’all come support him and show him some love and dine here, if you’re around. Great food and service. He’s a sweet and humble man, but he lets his food speak for itself, no sellers pitch.
Very nice and kind human, more need to be like him. He’s a chef not a cook. He puts his passion into his fiod.
