First off I love the prices. I think it’s very reasonable. I love adding all the toppings to my burgers and the price stayed the same. My burger was delicious. The fries needed salt. I had 2 of the same brownie milkshake and one didn’t really have any brownies so that was a let down. The chili would be better if they had a no bean option. All in all worth it.

I ordered the Cajun burger with pickles and grilled onions. It was pretty good for a takeout burger. It was juicy and flavorful, reminded me of the kind of burger you might have had at your favorite late night diner in the past.

For being a fast food spot everyone here is so attentive! Amazing customer service and it was busy when we dined in! They make sure you enjoyed your food and everything was clean, spotless-even the bathrooms! We will be back!

Not a good experience this time. They burnt my chicken tenders. I said something about it and they were like it was still edible. Then when I start eating my fries I found a dishtowel string in my food. I just threw it away. I won’t be back.

Normally we really like coming here and normally it’s very good! Service is normally nice and quick. Tonight however ( 11 / 9 / 25 ) was horrible. I ordered my food through the app to be set to be picked up at 5:45pm, we got there around 5:50pm and found out that my food had been given to someone else.
Instead of it being fixed right away it took around fifty minutes for them to come to the conclusion that they needed to remake our food for us. They had to call their boss and everything.

Went in to order some food for the first time this past Monday
Saw another employee getting cussed out and threatened by another employee.
One of the other employees was referring to the hostile employee as Ken and looked unhappy to work there.
Overall bad experience, the burger was good.
The only employee that looked like they cared was the one who was unhappy with the way they were being treated by the hostile employee.
Seems like a hostile work environment and I really hope they do something about it because this employee was very nice and made sure that I had everything I needed.
They looked really unhappy and it seemed like the manager on duty was just letting it happen.
I don’t know if Ken was just having a bad day, but making this other employee miserable and upset is not it. Made me really uncomfortable while I was waiting for my food

Best burgers I’ve had. Food was nice and hot and cooked after ordering. You can see the chefs cook right in front of you and when u eat in they bring your food to you, of course if you are sitting down. This place is a must try in my opinion overall I will definitely be coming back.

Wait time was about 30 minutes. The staff are not welcoming and seem to be miserable working here. The staff did not even acknowledge us at all after using the KIOSK. The food was alright. I watched one lady wipe down her own table. DEF NOT PAYING high dollars for the food we got. I felt weird because the staff were bringing other people food. But when my order got called, all I got was a stare and I had to pick my order up from the front. $50 for three people. I didn’t buy anything that would increase the price like add ons. Just basic burgers that they had. Also do not pay for extra dipping ketchup. They have it on the table

If I could I would give this place 1 star. How far have the mighty fallen they were once one of the best burger places in town. The service is slow and the workers clearly hate their job. Also the workers don’t seem to greet the black customers.
