First time visiting nice clean fast and very friendly. I got the chicken salad sandwich. It was so good. The sandwich was plenty big and lots of chicken salad to taste. I order a drink to go with it. Ff also came with the sandwich. Good

Food was good . Although it is a little greasy. If you have a weak stomach be prepared to visit the restroom afterwards .
Good selection of burgers and food. Milkshakes looked tasty! Cheesesteak I had tasted great! Id recommend that.
Again the burgers and rings were on the greasy side 🙁

We walked past at 7:45pm and they were mopping like they were closing up but we noticed the hours said they were open til 9pm. We wanted to grab a few milkshakes when we were leaving tanger at 8:15. When we tried the door, it was already locked with patrons/employees still inside. Please update your hours on Google and your window to reflect the times you are open.

I did not eat here, I walked in and it smelled so bad like dirty mop water. The floor was disgustingly sticky. 2 of my family members ate here and it was $35 for a basic cheese burger and two orders of fries- 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I really like going here with my family especially in the summertime. We eat outside and watch the birds pick up fries that were dropped. Wayback’s staff move fast and efficiently. The food tastes good. I didn’t give 5 stars only due to the indoor esthetics and that detail is a personal preference. You should get your next burger here!

First visit to Wayback Burgers was today, and I will not be returning.
1. I am not a fan of a la carte pricing but even less a fan when the food quality does not match the pricing.
2. We ordered a chili and slaw dog ($6), an impossible melt ($11), a regular order of tater tots ($5), a kid’s chicken tender meal with fries ($9), and upgraded the kid’s drink to an Oreo milkshake (+$4). These aren’t exact prices but, with taxes, we paid $38.50 for a meal that we were sadly disappointed with.
3. Chicken tenders and fries were overcooked. My daughter was hungry and said it was okay. I would not have served anyone food that looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day.
4. Hot dog was fully split open, making it difficult to hold. Taste was ok but did not enjoy the presentation.
5. Impossible burger and tater tots were tasty. I asked what the difference was between a garden burger priced about $2 less, and was initially unable to get an answer. The young man taking the order eventually explained the added Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, and 1000 island on the impossible burger. My fault for not asking what kind of bread and assuming it was Texas toast or sourdough (solely based on pictures displayed). Very sad to see it was just an inverted hamburger bun. It was also a bit dry, but I just added extra ketchup.
6. The worst part… the milkshake! Disappointed my daughter and myself. They charged an additional $4 to give us a milkshake that had a weird aftertaste to it. Both adults tasted it and immediately noticed something off. Unfortunately my daughter said it was fine because she didn’t want to lose her treat. But after a couple sips and noticing that she wasn’t even drinking it like she usually would, I took it back.
It tasted like the ice cream was old or freezer burned, or the milk was old. I went the same young man who took our order to inform of the weird taste. He took it back but offered no compensation. I requested a soda to replace the milkshake and he gave me a large soda cup. He honestly looked confused as to how to resolve the situation.
So with that said, we will not be returning to the restaurant.

Food was good enough but not for the price. Has out door seating and a playground right out side.great milk shake and ice cream..the cheese steak could of been better …the chile cheese fries was great and the fried pickles was a hit.will go back but only like once a month for me.

Service really sucked. First time experience was better then the second. My second experience was horrible. Delicious burgers, Carolina style burger was the best. Sweet tea, potato tots, onion rings all were good. Outdoor seating is nice. Buffalo chicken sandwich needs help, lettuce was wilted. Just not happy with the way the cook acted and how they operated. For the price you pay here everything should be much better.
