Came in on Christmas evening and it was extremely busy. All lines were long. Staff was friendly and courteous but on in particular stood out, and that was Miss Rhonda. The lines were so long, but Miss Rhonda swooped in and assisted the other cashier Ms. Rhonda work two cash registers at the same time this lady has skills. She had that line down within two minutes thank you for working so hard on such a busy day and you are so kind and still able to share a smile with everyone good job Miss. Rhonda.

This Wawa is hands down my go-to every Friday—and honestly, most mornings! The morning crew knows your name, greets you with a smile, and makes sure everything is perfect. The food is always fresh and made exactly how you like it. Coffee? Always on point. Never burnt, always hot, and ready to go. And best of all, I’ve never had to worry about fuel—every pump always has fuel. They truly run a tight ship here. All of my bacon was in one spot, all of my jalapenos were in one spot and all the veggies tasted like they were paste or came from a microwave bag that sat too long. $13 quesadilla that I don’t even want to touch. My sandwiches are never made right & done sloppy. It looks like my sub was punched and I got the last of the spinach + new spinach. Not pleasing to the eye as I can be picky with my food! They do not care probably because I ordered through DoorDash. I’m only allowed a 30 minute lunch, I’m very disappointed and often times won’t eat.

I came in today between 8pm & 8:30pm; a male coworker (looks like a manager) was yelling at another employee about where she went and how she just left when another coworker who apparently told her she had to make a pizza. The lady was looking confused and said “what pizza” the male proceeded to yell at the lady with the dreads and told her “I don’t have time for you and you can clock out” If that’s how this company allows managers to speak to staff, I wouldn’t even want to work here.

Visiting a Wawa is about as fun as saying it’s name- that means it’s quite fun by the way. Even though this is pretty far south in town, it’s a really good gas station option, especially of all the Wawa’s in town.
Since it is on the edge of town the gas prices are usually the cheapest, or at least consistently the most competitive. This location is also clean and well taken care of.
An awesome thing about Wawa- they have free air! For some reason, you can’t find free air hardly anywhere at Florida gas stations to fill up your tires. They also have a pretty good rewards program. The upsetting thing that doesn’t make sense to me, however, is that buying gas doesn’t count towards the rewards. So I don’t really get gas at Wawa anymore, but they still usually have good prices at this location.
The next closest Wawa is along Bartow and Edgewood about 15 minutes away. I would always choose this South Florida location to go to over the others. It’s just so nice. And for a gas station they really do have decent food at great prices. You go, Wawa.

Wawa is just as bad at McDonald’s now. Bad attitudes and can’t even make an order right, even when it gives every step of it on the ticket with every ingredient. Does this look like a roll? Nope. Bathrooms at all Wawas are nasty. I travel a lot, I really try and avoid them just because of the restrooms. Gas might be a little cheaper and coffee is good. But most the service sucks and just not taken care of. And there’s plenty of staff walking around. Sad
