5 Stars! Definitely Recommend!
I got stopped dead in my tracks by how good the sandwich I just got was and had to finish eating it and make this post before I could even exit the parking lot! Jala is amazing! The sandwich she made was truly delicious! Just her welcoming energy and smile are enough to put you in a good mood, and the exquisite attention to detail when preparing my food is always beyond my anticipated expectations. Along with Parker and the other ladies whose names I don’t yet know, this place has a team of winners working for it, and with that alone, they have earned my business! This place is fantastic! I’m so happy that there is a place open 24/7 that offers healthy food options!

This store is new to the area and is a welcome addition for sure. The ordering process for food items is simple and performed at one of several kiosks in the store. The menu items all have pictures to give you an idea of what you are getting, and the customization process is easy as well. My favorite part, however, is that the nutrition facts for every item is available as you select it. The store has a lot to offer in the way of pre-made cold options as well, and has a hot pre-made counter for hot sandwiches or snacks on a time crunch. There are multiple fountain drink machines and their lids are interesting, allowing for easy drinking without the need of a straw. Don’t get me started on the pellet ice and how nice it is. The canned and bottled beverage selection is also pretty nice and there is a large selection of coffees available including a seasonal pumpkin coffee. Overall this is a great stop and I look forward to making more visits in the future. So far I have tried the chicken go-wraps, an Italian hoagie, and the avocado toast and was very happy with all of them.

Stopped in for the great gas prices, was excited to see the squeegee reservoir full of fluid.. but the squeegees were as hard as a rock and I had to wipe off my windows with paper towels. Seems weird to build a fancy new gas station and somehow have old window squeegees?

It’s another gas station. Nothing different than the one across the street. The breakfast was ok. The staff were pretty polite.

I have been in the call center business for 25 years and a key principle of customer service is to minimize customer effort and definitely do not give them homework. I used the mobile application to order dinner for the family that included 3 family size servings of the Chicken & Corn Chowder soup which is delicious by the way. Unfortunately, the store did not have enough ready for 3 family size servings. This is completely understandable and this is where the experience went off the rails. Instead of refunding my money in store, the gentleman behind the counter handed me a “We’re sorry for your inconvenience!” paper that is usually for delivery orders that are missing items. Sucks for me that they were not finished inconveniencing me. The instructions refer you to the mobile app or website where there are no intuitive options to request a refund. The work was placed on my shoulders to resolve so I decided to call the toll free number for support. I am now up to 30 minutes on hold while the nice lady tries to resolve my issue. I think she forgot about me. I just want a refund for the food I prepaid for and did not receive. Completely unacceptable. Up to 35 minutes on hold now. Maybe they want me to give up so they can keep my money. Do better Wawa.

Best meatball hoagie EVER! One of my favorite Floridian staples moving north and I couldnt be happier that it’s made it to Indiana! This isn’t your average everyday gas station food! I also must mention the signature Lemonades in the refrigerator section. The peach and the pineapple are to die for!

Food is good and cheapest gas in town by far. The store is new so there might be some kinks to work out. I swing by almost every morning for a coffee. Never had a single issue and happy to rack up the fuel rewards!

I stopped at this Wawa today and had one of the weirdest customer service experiences ever. An employee named Chris was walking around the store offering free pizza samples to literally everyone… except me. He made eye contact with me multiple times, skipped right over me, and kept going to other customers like I was invisible.

I don’t know if he was having a bad day or just decided I wasn’t worth acknowledging, but it felt rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to promote something, at least treat every customer the same. Pretty disappointing experience.

Was extremely excited to finally get to stop at the location in Indianapolis that’s right by my house. I walked in, found where the fountain drinks were located, and looked for the prices. When I saw the price for the smallest fountain drink was $1.99, I thought I was going to have a heart attack considering they drinks come in plastic cups, which makes ice melt quicker, and the station across the street sells extremely cheaper fountain drinks for more ounces in Styrofoam cups. What shocked me the most was when I was told Mt Dew in fountain drinks wasn’t carried there. I stop at gas stations just for Mt Dew fountain drink! I am relaying this all my friends and family so they don’t waste their time or money.
