Nice clean well lit place. I waited 45 minutes for 2 orders of chicken strips and fries, and they were stone cold. Absolutely NO negotiation. Told to take it or leave it. I will never be there again. Corporate sent me a $5 credit if anyone wants it.

First time going to an “Wawa” and it was a pretty good experience. It was a brightly lit facility, very busy but not to the point of being overcrowded. The food was surprisingly really good, especially the mozzarella sticks. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

Wawa is my favorite, but this location is a nightmare. It’s always packed with people just hanging out, distracting their friends who are working, especially in the evenings. The wait for food and drinks is excruciating. I’ve had our orders fully messed up multiple times and received dirty cups on a few different drink orders. While good service varies on the time of day just be prepared to wait a long time or order ahead and hope for clean cups.

i thought it was a nice, well-kept place! gas station snacks are expensive, of course, but they had a great selection as well as pre-made baked goods which i’m sure were delicious. my friends ordered coffee and described it as merely okay— same goes for the fresh ice cream we bought. i think the environment is really nice and service was relatively fast for it being 11:30pm. we got the fresh chocolate chip cookies and were not fans which is a shame for the price we paid for them. but definitely has a little bit of everything for everyone! worth a visit if you’re in the area but don’t make a special trip.

26 minutes for some chicken strips. Once they called my number they left the food so far under the counter I couldn’t reach. When I asked them if they could confirm that was mine and slide it forward they snapped saying they page my number when its ready…. once get it the strips are cold. Definitely not made to order.
Also not an employee issue but the kiosk doesn’t list ingredients in the soups. I heard good things about the chilli but I have a milk allergy and couldn’t verify if cream was used or not. Need a better kiosk system.

A day after they turned on their online app ordering for the new Brownsburg location, I decided to give it a try. Big mistake! My very simple carside pickup order, a sandwich and regular coffee, was placed on the app at about 9:13 a.m. I selected for it to be ready ASAP. It told me that it estimated it would be ready at 9:30. Drove there, checked in around 9:22, entering my parking spot number. All good. At 9:45, still nothing. I had watched many other people go in the door and come out with bags of food and drinks. I called the store, and they said they’d bring it right out. Got my food at 9:49, nearly 20 minutes after their “estimate.” And this is now 36 minutes after I originally placed the order. No real apology given. My food was delicious and *hot*, but that made me wonder if they had not seen my order come up on their end, and “threw it together” after my call to them. I understand they might have been busy, but orders placed online need to be filled in the same order as if I had been standing there. Bottom line is… when heading to work, I can’t order food unless I know it won’t make me late. I would love to make this a regular stop for me, but unless they fix their carside delivery system, they will lose my business. (I’ll still get gas there…)

Food is decent, they get order correct most of the time, but not all of the time. Grab and go is convenient and usually fully stocked. $1 fountain drinks if you have the app. They seem to have the cheapest gas prices in town.
