I wanted gyro but can’t have bread. They made a gyro omelette for me! It was fantastic. The meat was tender and well seasoned. My man though My enjoyed his chicken and waffles. Our waitress was fun and professional.

Came here with my wife and daughter for lunch. And since they serve breakfast all day, that’s what we all decided to have. First off, and an important part of every splendid breakfast, is coffee. And their coffee was much better than the average Coney. Our waitress, Alexandria, did a great job for us. Their ham is some of the best I have had outside of Dearborn Ham. A 4 star Coney rating initially, but the scrambled eggs I had with my 2-egg Traditional breakfast did not taste like fresh eggs, they had a “processed” aftertaste. And then 3☆’s for the fact that the young lady at the entrance was snippy and rude to my daughter when she inquired about a “to-go” order.

I think it is a great place… but the one waitress sure needs an attitude adjustment..snappy, un friendly even.
Brought my coffee and surprisingly none spilled, the way she just plunked it on our table. I think her name was Anna?? I think I commented on her before..she had come in from a break..reeking of cigarettes..and complaining about her boss or..other co-worker. .how unpleasant is that..its like wth..I dont need to hear that..I’m just a customer..stopping in to get lunch…
I think she needs re-training in proper customer service etiquette..
Other than that..the other gal that took our order and served us..was very courteous, and pleasant..
Food was good..pleasant decor and atmosphere..
Will come again..but that waitress needs to be dealt with..

Food was good, especially the crispy chicken sandwich.
Their menu didn’t had much items as other coney island but they have all the special items.
The staffs are friendly & gives a good service. Their service is quick

When you can’t choose between Flint and Detroit coney, you go to Grand Coney for the Junk Yard Dog. Coney today, saved breakfast for work tomorrow. Decent Coney west of Grand Rapids? Hell ya, 4gr8food did it right!

Very disappointing and unfriendly dining experience. The ONLY reason I gave it two stars is because the food was edible and the table sitting next to us were pleasant to talk to while waiting an unbelievably long time for our food.
The “host” and our waiter were young men who couldn’t make eye contact or speak audibly.
It took about 10 minutes for our server to even come to our table to take our very simple order.
It was an additional 25 minutes for food to arrive. Our server only came back to give us our bill 10 minutes after we were finished eating. Didn’t say a word just slid the bill on the table and walked away.
I could understand if they were busy but there were 9 total tables, mostly, two tops and a floor staff consisting of a host, a manager, two servers and a bus boy.
The entire waiting area was full of people, waiting to be seated, however the host was wondering aimlessly around the restaurant.
I would highly suggest finding another restaurant before choosing Grand Coney unless you are satisfied by poor communication, disappearing servers, and unnecessarily long wait times.
