The store is super clean and organized, staff is friendly enough, but for a chain that prides itself on food, this ain’t it bub. Holy smokes, this place is awesome. I always heard about Wawa from family on the east coast and thought they may have just been crazy. News flash, they are not. It’s a true one stop shop. Great food, snacks are stocked, coolers are full and gas prices cheaper than everyone else around.

The store is so slow. No matter if you order there or order online. I can order online for immediate pickup and the food won’t be ready for another half hour after I get there. Budget for 30 to 45 min to wait for your food total time. Food is good but prepare to wait a very very long time

The store is clean. Worker are usually friendly. But when it comes down to the food they are horrible. I sis orders a double hamburger my problem with that is they only put sauce on the bottom bun. So i got this big burger thats mostly dry. They need to put sauce on the top and bottom especially if the gonna be that stingy. I ordered 2 burritos the other day. The meat was cold. And they had the order wrong. Today I ordered a pizza with special instructions. They didn’t ask me what it was, i cant eat tomatoes. Then when I told them I wanted garlic aioli on it instead of the tomatoes sauce they told me no. And I dont see how when im paying for it. So I just asked for a refund and left. hungry and upset. They are petty with the food here to some it up.

leaving this feedback has been the most frustrating thing I have done in years.
we stopped on Sunday night at your Glen springs store to get an order of fries. my wife has since asked me to remind her in case you should make that mistake again and want fries from Wawa not to do it. she said it was as though they had cooked them a full time forgot about them and put them down to cook another full time. the only good thing that could be said was that they were Brown and crunchy.

self check out does not have all products in its system so it’s a waste of time when trying to get any of the warm pre packaged food, tonight I go to pick up my food I ordered to be rejected saying I need to pay for it rudely and they can’t give it to me when I explain my boyfriend was in the process of paying it she shrugged and said I can’t give it to you. Because nothing is in their self checkout system my partner is now at the employee checkout so I wait and then go to get my food with receipt in hand to show the lady who denied me and no one was even present standing at the pick up station. So frustrating.

Went in to order this morning and ordered some good and a beverage. As I was waiting in line to pay for it someone took my food and I had to wait for them to make my burrito again. They need to make sure people have the ticket for the order. I was really excited for this location to open and now I’ll never be back. Spent 30 minutes for what should have been a 10-minute trip.

It doesn’t matter what time you come into this location, the food/beverage staff doesn’t have a since of urgency when executing food orders.
They move extremely slow and will still serve you the incorrect order.
You have many working men that come through this location and have to wait long periods because they are slow.
Time management really need to be corrected in this location.

The place just opened and it’s nice and clean. Only complaint is one of the cashier was slightly rude when I asked a question *its my first time at a Wawa*. Not to mention she was on her phone and seemed bothered that I asked a question at all. The rest of the staff were pleasant and one was even passing out free pizza slices.

Really nice selection of food! The Snickerdoodle iced latte was super good! Staff very friendly and store is clean. The food did take a while to be made but they were decently busy.
