I was so excited to visit wawa and grab a special treat for my son. I had some issues with my payment not working. The cashier told everyone including yelling from the register to the employee making our food and drinks. She told the person behind me. I wasn’t sure why my card wasn’t working and she let me know that I was going to have to pay for the food because I ordered too much. Luckily my mom was with me to help me pay for it but not before she told everyone that I didn’t have the money and was quote rude to my mom who came over offering help. The manager became aware of the situation amd said she would speak to her. After I grabbed our treats I caught her staring at me as I turned around talking to my sister about how I was feeling. She stared at me the whole time, just watching me be so embarrassed. We as women should be sticking yp for each other instead of beating someone down. You never know what someone is going through. She made an already rough day even worse. Knowing I was embarrassed because I told her she was embarrassing me and she continued to yell to her co workers about the situation. No one deserves to be treated that way. I hope she gets the help and training she needs. I hope she is OK. She might have been having a bad day too, since I could smell alcohol on her. I have never been treated like this by another female, who the previous time who I talked to about keeping your sanity working retail. Not sure of her name. Mid life, curly red hair, and glasses. Who ever she is,.I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

It took them 35 minutes to make two quesadillas. Every single gas pump is out of order and the young blonde lady at the deli never smiles/seems like she hates her life. Terrible customer service and the worst Wawa experience I’ve ever had.

Drove 3 hours for grand opening and again next night on our way back into Louisville. Grand opening was awesome, Wally and staff did great. Coffee is amazing and pretzels as good as I remember. This evening we got some made to order food and drinks. I tried the cheese steak tonight and it was delicious. Store was not crowded at all, about 8:45pm. They still had all coffee flavors, everything was clean including restrooms. Staff including Ian at beverages and the girl at the register were both friendly and conversational. Everyone else was nice as well with eye contact and greetings. Excited for the expansion to continue south and into TN.
