My bestie and I ordered at the counter old school and was helped by Natalia who was awesome. Excellent service, our food was hot and delicious and was brought it our table before I returned from washing my hands in the lavatory. Went to Manchester and the burger was dry and over cooked, staff was interested in themselves and gossiping, i walked out and went thru drive thru. I was the only waiting customer inside. Dt was actually faster. But then the guy at the window started talking and I waited for him to hand me my drink. I will not discourage people as it could’ve been an off day. Everyone did have a smile. But I will not, return.

Id give more stars if I could. Food is great especially the fries. Very friendly workers too despite the hardships of dealing with the public they put a smile on there face anyways. Mcdonalds especially this one, is fantastic. Make better burgers than I ever could.

Food was on par with any other McDonald’s which is a good sign. Nothing restores my faith in the new young workforce other than holding my receipt up to my face and asking “is you this” while wearing the uniform McDonald’s durag. Nice.

The staff at this McDonald’s are unprofessional. And who ever is the manager needs to be fired along with the regular staff. There’s no drive or ambition from any of the workers to make sure customers orders not only come out on time but correctly made as well. I ordered myself and my son a meal and I was missing his chicken nuggets and then also my burger wasn’t even cooked. I know the staff here will read this too so let me say this, if you don’t want to work there let people who actually do take your place.
