This wawa has a severe problem with getting their curbside orders out. I ordered the 5 dollar breakfast meal which is all essentially PREMADE stuff. I waited outside in my curbside pick up spot for 10 minutes. I then went inside where they told me the reason they didnt bring it out is my PREMADE burrito wasnt warmed up yet. I waited there for another 10 minutes before it was given to me in the pick up area. They did give me 2 burritos for my inconvenience which wouldve raised my score if this wasnt the 10th time something like this happened to me at this location. Not curbside friendly at all and most the employees will ignore you while you wait in the pick up area to see where your food it.

The only reason why I’m giving this location 2 stars is because I love Wawa.
The staff is rude! I know people can be difficult, but I’m not one of those. I don’t like asking the workers for anything unless I absolutely need to. So when I ask, don’t get attitude and say rude stuff like I am asking for the world.
It could be avoided if you would manage your basic items better.

I always go to Wawa for gas, food and coffee.

I went to pick up my sick brother iced coffee he didn’t know how to use the app it was his first time and he made it wrong.

Instead the manager tells me the price of coffee online is different than in store. Even I know that’s not true because I get coffee almost everyday with app and in person and pay the same amount with app coupon that can be used in store and online.

Right now coffee promotion is $2 they didn’t want to correctly make it for my brother. Instead I was given run around to request refund on app and replace order but why make it so difficult! That specific Wawa I don’t want to step back in.

Sometime ago, I used to love this place. The atmosphere was different., Customer service and the staff in general was great but lately everything has been changed dramatically , Customer service is not the same, you constantly see them distracted on their cell phones are talking, not job related things to coworkers etc., and on top of that, I see how they keep increasing the prices dramatically and reducing amount in some other items in the menu !!
For example the burrito bowl it’s like they increase the price every year and know the price is $9.49!!!!! With!!!! a burrito in a plate non-premium quality ingredients
Jesus with that amount of money, I could go to any buffet or buy a decent meal at any regular restaurant !
How to spend here thousands of dollars a year since I am a single man which doesn’t have the time to be spending much time in the kitchen or traveling a different places to get meals and display was very convenient for me since it was pretty close to my house but now I will go l elsewhere , display is turning into a rip off

Right after I left Wawa I went to a small Mexican place and I ordered a beautiful plate of chicken flautas
Include yellow rice, beans, fresh salad and of course, the chicken flautas with a nice cup of hundred percent natural pineapple juice!!! For the same price that Wawa charging me for the nonsense burrito bowl !

Let’s start with this guy . I ordered burger and ask to toast a bun with cheese , and answer was it’s not allowed but other options the system asking you if you want to toast a bun or cold ! Basically bun was cold , cheese not melted , patty barely warm ! When I placed an order , I asked the lady if I can get fresh fries , the same guy said it’s just came out . Ok then , when I got my order burger was cold , and fries was soggy . I paid about 14 dollars . I think for this price I can get fresh fries lol . 1 star for you my friend for your laziness . Hope Wawa will reward you for a customer satisfaction!!!also place was dirty !

Corporate needs to do their job at this store and put some of their people in check before they get checked because people are only going to tolerate getting disrespected so many times.
First shift is amazing.
2nd shift there’s very few people that actually deserve any respect. Some of these so called managers need to be checked to.
3rd Shift they’re all disgustingly rude except the Spanish lady she’s the sweetest!!

I stopped for gas here and for a quick restroom break on my way back to Orlando. The restroom was not that clean but the store was pretty tidy. Javon was extremely nice and friendly. Overall great experience

Stay way most dirty Wawa’s I ever seen Susie I know you are not mind reader like you told us 4 grown person that was waiting for coffee you saw us walk 3 times to the back and walk back in with nothing in hand at that point I knew. You was avoiding us all your 3 coffee pots was empty your station was dirty and like you yell at us ( I do Wawa standar brew coffee every 2 hours ) then why all pot was empty.
Please corporate send some employees from this location to Davenport and let Juan give them some training.

I walked in the store at 5:00am and alot of things needed wasn’t available because the overnight shift is very lazy. Many things like condiments, Sizzles sandwiches were missing. Nobody was in the deli. I had to run down the cashier. At least 4 employees were lolligagging, hanging out, and oblivious to the fact that they needed to prepare for the next shift. The 10pm to 6am shift is extremely lazy. I spoke with the supervisor and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. The negligence on this shift needs to be corrected.
