Great atmosphere at this place. I decided to eat half of my hoagie (It was great) while sitting in my van. Noticed the young female manager outside at 7:15 pm cleaning the outdoor area’s. Her work showed why she’s the manager. Nice job young lady!

just had an experience that reminded me why i choose wawa. i was sitting in my work van on break, waiting for my next call. went to throw some trash away and a man sitting at the table just had to make some sort of comment about me not smiling enough. immediate ick. then back to sitting in my van waiting. no biggie. i don’t wanna see he what taking pictures but thsts what it seemed like. said man comes up to my window and ask for business cards (the van is bright orange with company name and logo all over it). i give him one and then Amanda comes up to ask if he’s bothering me (very girls girl of her ❤️) i tell her no but thank you, he then starts asking her if she’s security for wawa. and then storms off in search of a manager. i’m outside and then a manager comes out and ask me if i’m okay and if i want her to call authorities. honestly i’m so impressed by everyone in this situation. 10000/ 10 would recommend this wawa simply for the staff and how they handled this.

I come here alot I understand your busy during breakfast hours but it was 10am I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches egg cheese bacon one egg cheese an sausage I get our sandwiches an the biscuit was burnt to a crisp there was no egg just cheese an a piece of bacon the other sandwhich just had egg an cheese I had them remake the sandwiches an this is what I got 20$ breakfast with 2 sandwiches 2 hashbrowns an a coffee an I couldn’t even eat my sandwiches im also 7 months pregnant this was not a happy experience then I go to management an there to busy to deal with my situation.. Cant beileve i wasted my time my money an I still have to feed myself how is this acceptable

Mentioned that the sandwich was trash to Eliza and she was super helpful with making sure I was taken care of. They’re salads are smaller than other wawas. Other ones fill it to the top, this place is like 2/3rd full. Also never order doordash from here. They’ve messed up the order 3 times in a row. I’m done with them.

This has got to be the worst Wawa I’ve been to. They neglect drinks that need to be made/ miss half of the drink orders 9 out of 10 times. They also must be hurting for product retention because they always skip on every extra thing I’ve paid for whether it be .89 for cheese for the fries or the extra for eggs on the salad. Pretty much done with this place, reminds me of the mcdonalds of the gas station world.

I placed a pickup order and waited at the designated pickup stand. After several minutes, I asked an employee if they were still using it and was told they “don’t really use it.” My order wasn’t called because I didn’t order in store, so I ended up waiting about 10 minutes unnecessarily while my food sat elsewhere.
If the pickup stand isn’t being used anymore, it should be clearly marked, and online orders should still be announced or communicated properly. The lack of clarity wasted my time and made the pickup process confusing.

I swear I hate coming here when I door dash! No one knows who is getting the bag or who to ask. The cashier lady with the childish pigtails was POINTLESS! I mean she couldn’t help a flea! I ask the cooks they tell me to go ask the front like what!!!!! This place is horriable! Even the wait for normal customer coming into the store! Staff seams like headless chickens..
