I am an Uber eats driver, Most of the time I deliver third shift. The manager Julia What’s the rudest person that I have experienced in a while. I came in to get 2 orders,and because I tried to rearrange an order to make it easier to carry she reqched over and snatched the remainder of my order and threatened to have me removed from the property. She insisted that I show her my phone even though my employer does not require me to do so. Then told me to cancel it even though I had already verified the orders. According to the rules I was given and have to abide by the orders should be bagged up and sitting on the shelf for me to pick up. If wawa’s regulations for Uber have changed then maybe Uber should be notified so drivers are not being treated like they are trying to steal or getting threatened with police when we are just trying to pick up an order.

Wow, this Wawa is going downhill fast. And I think I finally solved the mystery: Chelsea in the back is the problem. My sandwich was wrong, which honestly isn’t even the issue. Mistakes happen; I’m not out here expecting Michelin-star deli work from Wawa at midnight.
But when I first ordered, I told the nice, sweet, blue-haired girl at the counter. Managers, please check the cameras, because the way Chelsea treated and basically scolded that girl was wild!! The blue-haired girl took my custom ticket, double-checked it, told the kitchen through the mic, AND it was printed on the ticket. I basically did everything short of sending a carrier pigeon to the back to make sure the request got through.
So I get my sandwich…I open it…and it’s literally just ham and cheese. No salami, no nothing. I ordered an Italian and simply asked to sub the ham for turkey, not reinvent the sandwich. So, I mention it to Chelsea, and she immediately hits me with an attitude and starts chanting “sub Italian” at me like it’s a spell I’m supposed to understand. I don’t work in the kitchen, ma’am. How exactly am I supposed to decode that??? I just wanted to simply sub the ham for turkey.
After a ridiculous amount of back and forth, I finally get my remade sandwich… which is cold, not toasted, cheese not melted, and truly the physical embodiment of giving up. At that point I wasn’t even holding a sandwich, I was holding disappointment wrapped in paper.
I’m honestly just done with this place. I love Wawa, but this is the type of thing to prevent people from coming back. I hope Chelsea can get some sensitivity training.

Food sucks and is nasty. They don’t follow the wawa standard directions to making the food. I got a bowl and it was so sloppy and messy. The girl behind the counter making the bowl put nearly no rice. I had way too many beans. The dressing was way too much and it was just disgusting.
I would love to be reimbursed.
Please train your team to make the food the correct way

I recently had a negative experience with one of the woke cashiers. She had brightly colored hair, which isn’t the issue on its own, but her attitude and performance were concerning. She seemed disengaged, rarely listened carefully, and often responded with “huh?” as if she wasn’t paying attention. Compared to other cashiers I’ve interacted with, who have always been professional and efficient, her service felt unprofessional and unreliable. Honestly, it gave the impression that she isn’t suited for the role, and it left me questioning whether she takes her job seriously.

Please give a race to whoever is running the drink stand today. My drinks were left behind by my partner in crime. And I have to come back and pick them up almost an hour later when she saw me, she immediately told me that she will remake them for me since they have been sitting out for so long. She was very sweet about it. I did not catch her name, but by all means whoever is at the drink stand today, September 2 at 1:23 PM. Thank you very much.

When I asked for extra pickles, they came through and gave me EXTRA pickles. Brian especially. He exceed my expectations of what I asked for and that is outstanding customer service right there. Tee was a hilarious guy. Definitely will put a smile on your face. Thomas made my drink fast, efficiently, effectively, and was satisfying. These boys need recognition for their good customer service and hard work.

If you are a Minority let me repeat all minorities!! Alert!! I went to this Wawa and two cop cars were there questioning a black man. The cop said to the man “ really don’t know why I am here.” my 3 girls went into the store to get a drink. One of my daughters are autistic. My daughters came back to the car without their drinks. When questioned what took place. They all started explaining Chelsea the cashier that night had been rude to them. My daughter was short on her Cash App card a dollar. She said mom I asked the cashier if I could call you to get the remainder of the funds to finish paying for our purchase. she spoke to us in a rude manner and said “no you need to go pour the drinks out because you’re sure not gonna steal these.” she made my daughter’s pour out the drinks without giving them opportunity to come ask me for the remainder of the money. so as a mom, I went inside and I asked to speak with her, and I told her she could not treat my daughters in that manner. no harsh words nor calling her out of her name no threats were made to her. when I asked to speak to a manager that night, she threatened to call the cops and she did begin to call the cops. it seems to be a racist thing with her. it sure isn’t fair that she can treat customers, but when customers come back to defend themselves, she wants to threaten with the cops. The next day, I did call and I spoke to Ashley the Manager who was very respectful and very professional I explained the situation she handled it very well. I called corporate to file a complaint on Chelsea. I sure hope they can find better employees as Ashley because honestly people like Chelsea should not be working there, especially with the type of attitude towards minorities. my girls are very well put together, young ladies. Who had no intentions of stealing anything . They didn’t even argue with the cashier when they were told to pour the drinks out. it’s sad to be stereotypes because of your race. May God have mercy on Chelsea bc her attitude will not be excepted by many.
