For the 5th time this place can not make a order right and constantly forget to put stuff in the bag. Do not order from them unless you get it yourself. They do not care about missing items and have the worst overseas help line who can barely speak English. Save your money folks and buy from a local on place. I will not spend another dollar at this location. Looks like they pressed this for 10 seconds maybe plus the forgot the sour cream.

There has been 2 separate occasions where my mobile order has been stolen right before I get to the counter to claim it. The employees are courteous and remake the order immediately. I know it’s not the employee’s fault but simply asking is “your name so and so” is not a great way to determine who the owner of the order is. They need to stop leaving mobile orders on the shelves for thieves and start asking what’s the name on the order.

The Wawa on Fruitville Road is consistently clean, quick, and convenient! The staff here are always friendly and helpful, whether you’re grabbing a coffee, sandwich, or fuel. The store is well-stocked, and the food is fresh every time. I especially appreciate how efficient the ordering system is and how fast they get your food ready.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this Wawa! Here’s a good example to avoid spending any money at Wawa…
I had to order online through Uber Eats. I spent a total of $54 & most of the food I ordered had problems. I had only a protein shake all day & got home starving. I made the mistake of ordering from Wawa.
I ordered a $2.69 Cream Filled Koffee Kake but was given a Koffee Kake Junior instead & it had an OLD EXPIRATION DATE of May 1, 2024 – today is May 6! For $8.09, the Salad came WITHOUT DRESSING on the side & NO CROUTONS INCLUDED. The “Large” Mashed Potatoes were fairly small (about 6 oz.) for $5.99; although they tasted good, it’s a rip-off when not given the option of gravy. When I looked at the $6.79 Tuna Sandwich, I was highly suspicious of the white-greyish substance on the crust: COULD IT BE MOLD? I ate only a quarter of the $9.19 large Breaded Chicken Strips Hoagie, which was ok but lacked enough of the “regular” mayo I chose. By this time, I lost my appetite from examining the entire order. I also got a modestly priced biscuit, French Fries & Blueberry Yogurt Parfait. The parfait was the only thing that was almost perfect… except its size of 5.4 oz. for $4.09.
I’m never ordering from Wawa again, even for only the minimum amount to be able to order for delivery. I’m VERY disappointed in Uber Eats for making it SO DIFFICULT to access Help/Support, especially when there’s a time limit on reporting issues. Finally, I’m disappointed in myself for making a large order, especially when I haven’t eaten all day. It’s such a shame delivery companies take advantage of people without transportation by charging such high prices! It gets so boring ordering from the same grocery store all the time. Despite my mistake, these stores shouldn’t be in business for low quality food & service. That’s 1 reason I’ve cut back on eating from anywhere…

My husband was embarrassed berated and accused of stealing AFTER HE PAID. When he was forced to empty his pockets as the associate claimed he saw him stuffing his pockets. How disgusting and rude meanwhile this was the same man who last time when the change dispenser was broken couldn’t count out change! The manager as extremely rude and asked what I want out of this can you imagine the level of unprofessional behavior he showed me after a paying customer was harassed by his employee what a disgusting experience this store is so disgusting don’t ever go there they will treat you like dirt and then be rude instead of apologizing teach your employees to count instead of accusing paying customers of stealing and embarrassing them

Stoped by here to grab a bites because obviously Wawa food is the best.
The store was just like any other Wawa. The food was good. (Quesadilla) the staff were very friendly and nice. The only thing is it took sooooo long to get the food. Usually it’s faster.
Restrooms are nice and new also. Very nice Wawa overall.

Nice story, very busy. John at the register is very nice and accommodating, good attitude and helpful. Baked goods are tasty, I like their muffins by the donut area. This store is very busy.

Multiple came up to that counter just to see if their order was there. Some were so they grabbed it and left. I went up to see if mine was there. It was not.
The manager had to come and ask they if they had my Order ready.

Only then after 25 minutes and after the manager having to come and ask them to make it then I got my order.
One of the women who are working behind the counter for the food wanted to argue with a lady who said her order was in the bag behind the counter. The employee wanted to say it’s a mobile order and wouldn’t be hers . The manager had to grab the bag, look at the number and gave it to the customer. It was in fact her number her bag.

I made an order for a sandwich. I literally spoke to the people telling them how I wanted it made because they messed up the last Two times also the drink I ordered asked for three scoops of protein. They put barely one scoop in there. This is the worst Wawa I’ve ever been to do not go here for food because they don’t care
