Been a hot minute since I’ve had a breakfast burrito… so I rolled into Loncheria Rubi and realized I don’t even know if I’ve ever gotten their breakfast burrito before (I’m usually a lunch burrito guy).
Well… mistake corrected. Fresh eggs, ham + potatoes, and that green sauce is straight-up FIRE. Yum yum. Do I miss green chile a little? Sure. But you can’t have everything… and this burrito still hits.
If you want a fresh-made breakfast burrito from some great folks, stop in. Looks like they’ve got a bunch of other menu items that would be dangerous to my self-control too.

Great taco truck in a shell parking lot. Came for the tacos , filled up while i waited. A couple picnic tables but really a purchase and go situation. Had tacos and gorditos. Food was perfect street taco fair with great meat. They are smallish but flavorful and feeling. Cash only so be prepared.

It was a bit difficult to find. Look for the Sinclair gas station and they are right in front of it. Totally worth the driving around. The tacos were great and I actually went in for a second round.

Really disappointed and can’t figure out why they have the rating they do.
The burrito was small the gorditas are slightly larger than the size of half dollar coin.
For what they charge you could go somewhere else and get more food.
They need to up their game around here
There’s so many Mexican restaurants I think they’re losing money so they decided to cut portions .

Food is delicious! We are from out of town so we wanted something good to eat. Very well crafted and served. It is a bit expensive only because I’ve ate many tacos, sopes, and gorditas. These are small tacos and tiny sopes and gorditas, so 3.50 for each is a little too expensive compared to other businesses. But I won’t argue that the taste was absolutely delicious! Hidden beside a gas station so it was a bit tricky to find.
