Been here quite a few times… Only come here for the food. Customer service is decent, never had an issue. Food has always been good. Have noticed it depends who’s on duty that the food may be prepared better some times than others. Just when it comes to overall accuracy of the order. I have gotten subs that were excellent and recently got a personal pizza which was delicious, even though I don’t believe it should have cost $8, when I can get a whole large pizza at Little Caesars for about $7… But can honestly say either way the food was good. This is a good spot for fresh food 24/7!!!

Today I picked up an order and the employee asked for my order number. I repeated it twice and she said she couldn’t hear me. When I showed my receipt, she told me not to show it and to just say it. She then made a comment about Spanish speakers not wanting to try to speak English, even though I was speaking in English. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I believe all customers deserve to be treated equally

Let me say I really love this Wawa! I work very close so very convenient. Lee made my frozen drink PERFECTLY and I know she helped with mg BLT so whoever else was involved, thank you. I asked for crispy bacon and it came out perfect too. Thank you for listening to what I asked for and not being upset for being a pain in the butt. I didn’t think to take a pic bc I just started scarfing it down but I captured a picture of the end of my sandwich to show how crispy my bacon was. To perfection. 4 stars bc my bananas were a dollar a piece. That’s a little ridiculous, at least advertise it so we know not to buy them! 4 dollars for 4 bananas. Wow

The lady at the register was hateful and rude. She asked for my ID to purchase cigarettes. I show it to her and she tried to take it from me because she wanted to scan the back. I told her that wasn’t necessary, then she tried to snatch it out of my hand. Then she said, Nobody cares if you’re buying cigarettes. She made a scene and started yelling. I was embarrassed for her. I have been going in this store and spending 300 dollars a week since it opened. I will never step foot in there again. They used to be great in all aspects. Not anymore.

Friend of mine ordered wrong soup and they refused to give him the one he originally wanted. Friend hit the wrong button as a mistake and they couldn’t fix it. As a sous chef I’m disappointed. Should have know better things happen and especially when an establishment is open late.
