The food was ok not awesome. We had the cold vermicelli salads. Pork and egg rolls combo and shrimp and fried shrimp wontons. I had an old fashion and my wife had a lemon drop martini.
The service and drinks were awesome.
I have had many of these cold salads. I missed the chopped peanuts. I would also Julian the cucumbers so they can easily be handled with a bite of other ingredients

I have been to 533 Viet Fusion several times and every time everything has been delicious. On my most recent visit, I got the Yellow Curry Chicken dish – it is the best I have ever had. Their sushi rolls are also creative and delicious. If there is anything I would ask the chef to add, it would be broccoli. When I asked my server to add broccoli to my curry, he told me that they don’t use broccoli. Not a big deal, but it would be a nice addition/option.

They managed to put the perfect balance of Vietnamese and American flavor into a bowl for the high end Palm Springers. Also, the coconut flan was to die for because we wanted to order 3 more! Yes, the coconut Flan was that good. Service is punctual and attentive. That deserves a 5 star on its own. The set up and ambience brings me back to the high end nightclubs of Vietnam. It makes you want to fist bump your rice noodles to the beat. If you are Vietnamese, YOU MUST BRING YOUR local friends to this restaurant. MUST!!!!!

My son is a very picky eater and he devoured their pad thai. The chicken over the rissoto was delicious as were the drinks but the server ramiro was great. Very attentive and hard working staff made the experience extremely enjoyable but the food speaks for itself. Must try.

Alright nothing spectacular. My ramen dish was barely edible, basically thai red curry with some sort of egg noodle. Too heavy not well balanced and the propane gas flavor from the grilled shrimps infused into the curry. The fried rice was much better and the summer hand roll was fresh and good. Dipping sauce could use some citrus.

Met friends here tonight and had a wonderful meal. Delicious flavors and very consistent. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place! I had the Pork Pad Thai. One person had the tamarind glazed salmon and the others had the protein bowl. Everyone was pleased with their entrees. We also ordered the calamari as an appetizer… It was perfectly prepared.

SO GOOD! Pho is my favorite food and theirs is my favorite in Palm Springs so far. The fried calamari was also delicious. Lots of gluten free options(like 95% of the menu) and I didn’t get sick. Will be returning asap!!!

Our table was comfortable and tucked in the corner (though the throw pillows were a bit too puffy for a corner table and made my boyfriend and I a bit squished).
Ben was a great server and happy to answer any questions or dietary accommodations we had, and our water cups were never empty.
Everyone enjoyed their food and I loved the pad Thai I ordered, and the portions are big enough to bring some home!
