I ordered a pizza with my rewards and it told me I had 15 minutes to redeem it at the store. I live 2 minutes away. When I got there there was one person I. Front of me. No big deal. This was the first time using my rewards so I asked the cashier if I did it right. He tried but was unable to see what I had done so he called the manager. She finally came out about 10 minutes later. And tried for about 10 minutes and couldn’t figure it out . And then I suggested that maybe we were out of time. She had told me that I waited too long….couldn’t believe my ears. Then started belittling me in front of the customers. I asked so what do we do now. She replied. Go over there and wait. Ok so finally 15 minutes later I got my pizza. I apologized for not understanding the app. All she did was give me a grin as I walked out the door. When I got home she had poured garlic sauce all o Ed the pizza to where it was soggy and inedible. All I could taste was enough garlic to ward off a vampire. Tossed it in the garbage because I would not trust her behind the scenes making me another one. Needless to say I will never order food from this particular store again

The food is great, this parking lot is an absolute nightmare with truck and business trailers every morning. They park at pumps and hang their trailers out into traffic. Staff is friendly but its really annoying when I try two weeks in a row to get a breakfast sandwich only to not be able to over an hour before they stop serving breakfast at 11. Im going to try one more time next weekend and if I’m unsuccessful thats it. Ill take my business elsewhere this parking lot is almost not worth the headache anymore.

A useful place for the most part. Except when jackanapes populate the tables out front or block use of the gas pumps so they can man-talk in profanities. Lovely, classy joint outside. Oh, and don’t bother calling or letting the staff know because you will be labeled a “complainer” or “crazy person” or some other endearing term by those upstanding, hardworking citizens behind the counters. Employees here work hard as team players and they manage super busy times well. Hoagiefest is amazing!
WAWA at 2am: an aggressive homeless panhandler sticking his head in your car window while you’re on the phone, and then hitting up all the customers as they enter or leave, eventually getting enough to buy booze; a half-naked woman in the ladies room washing her urine covered cat in the sink; an angry redhead steaming mad because the all-done alarm for the bread oven went off and who proceeded to verbally insult the coffee/deli employee and the other customer in line, shouting angrily about her hearing aids and owning a business nearby [despite walking all the way home]; a varied selection of indigent and homeless lounging about at the tables out front; a filth- encrusted toilet seat in the handicap stall that seems it had not been cleaned in days. I actually had one shift supervisor tell me that I should ask the cleaning guy to do his job!! Took pictures and emailed them to the corporate office. Core people are great, but some employees are completely oblivious to the meaning of good customer service.

Ok food made to order, not always comes as ordered. Poor customer service. Perhaps you should ask me what I want and shop for me instead of stalking me causeing me to purchase nothing.

This place offers good food, great gas station however if your looking for a cold alcoholic beverage on you are way home from work or for a nice long weekend this is not the place for you.
I live very close to this Wawa and stop here several times a week… The last three times that I have been here they have all their beer coolers with huge locks on them.
The management says they have to do this because so much gets stolen as they’re back cooler is located close to their back door…

This Wawa is good during the daytime every time I order at night it’s horrible just like right now got home opened the food and they gave my the completely wrong thing they gave me a burrito with only bacon like a lot of bacon and one tomatoes I still ate it bc I just got off work drove home and was like whatever but nastiest food I ever had
