I don’t usually leave reviews, if I don’t like a place I usually simply don’t return. But when a place is intentionally misleading customers, I have to speak up. Service is pleasant, coffee is adequate, but how can you charge five dollars for a microwaved Jimmy Dean frozen croissant breakfast sandwich passing it off as your own? What a rip off! I threw it away. Waste of money. This is why small businesses will die in kuna & it’s sad.

Such a cozy, cute place to sip on a drink & sketch. That being said, the iced drinks have always been super watery for me. The coffee itself I just dont like whatever beans they use, IDK it doesn’t taste very good imo.

The coffee is amazing and the staff is friendly. But I’ve never been to a slower coffee place in my entire life. If you have any plans for the day, cancel them, because you will spend your entire day in line. They have a similar set up to Dutch Bros and Starbucks, yet it takes them the same amount of time to fill an order as it would for me to build a house. Good god.

I visited this week and ordered a smoothie. What they called a smoothie was more like a slushie so It was much sweeter than I expected, so I politely and nicely asked the server if I could exchange it for an iced tea instead. The server flat-out refused and offered no alternative and she said that she would have to charge me for an iced tea and told me that it wasn’t their fault I didn’t like the drink.
I’ve been in the restaurant industry for many years, and I would be upset if one of my staff treated a customer this way. A simple swap or even a courteous suggestion would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it’s the kind of experience that makes people not want to return. I wanted to drink the smoothie but I told her I would get sick if I drink it but she really didn’t want to help me at all

My wife and I love the coffee. The employees are super friendly and the prices aren’t terrible… but… this is the hands down SLOWEST coffee place I’ve ever been to. If there’s more than 2 cars in front of you at the drive thru, you’ll be waiting for 20 minutes minimum. Idk why they’re so slow compared to other coffee places. It’s ridiculous.
