Order some food and 2 yes 2 roaches came out of my bag. The manager Alec was very kind and offered me to make my food again. She explained that they do inspection often, she had me at ease till she tried taking the bag from my hand before I could take pictures. Grabbed the bag took it with me, so I can have evidence so this doesn’t happen to anyone else

Hash brown? Soggy. Coffee? Made incorrectly. Sandwich? Edible but chewy. Idk why they have a $5 deal on this meal…it just made me realize im glad I’ve never ordered it at full price… Also, don’t bother adding extra cheese, it’ll be ignored. My hoagie was burnt.

Wawa isn’t really suited to stay and eat, although you can grab a table outside and eat anything you’ve ordered. One thing I like about Wawa is that at most locations there is a rear entrance as well as parking lot, so if you’re not getting gas it’s great to park in back and enter there. There Thanksgiving sub sandwich (only made around Thanksgiving) I like, but everyone I know also like it a lot too. If you can find them Wawa makes the best cinnamon rolls! The stores in the N.E. States always have them along with vanilla milk. I did find a Wawa in Pinellas County that was making their cinnamon rolls for a few months, but then stopped. I’ve never found a store south of Pennsylvania selling their vanilla milk. Their food sometimes changes and sometimes changes from store to store too. Their management keeps store standards on par from what I’ve noticed. My only complaint is that some of their best tasting food will be sold out too often and that’s a bad ordering/planning issue that should be resolved.

THIS STORE IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST AND MOST INCOMPETENT STORE IN ALL OF TAMPA!! THEY MADE MY BREAKFAST SANDWICH WITH A CROISSANT INSTEAD OF A BAGEL LIKE I WANTED! THEN I GET ACCUSED OF STEALING MILK WHICH I DID NOT DO AND I HAVE PROOF! EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WORKS THERE INCLUDING THE MANAGER SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE FIRED AND REPLACED WITH BETTER PEOPLE AND A MORE COMPETENT NEW MANAGER! Every time it’s cold outside, the hot chocolate machine is always out of order. Probably made by the same people that make McDonald’s ice cream machines. Can’t wait til June to get some hot chocolate.

Today I was delivering orders and I picked up an order of milkshakes. I noticed the milkshakes were very watered down, so I asked could they remake it. The supervisor told me that they had been sitting for 30 minutes and that they would have to place another order to have it remade. This place could make someone sick! They don’t know how long it could take to get to the customer, that’s almost an hour that the milkshakes are sitting.

Clean store, friendly staff, quick service, great food, good prices. Best coffee in town and always stocked. Great at just about anytime or for any meal. My normal trips to here are between 12am and 5am, even between the non busy hours they still push quality food and always have a great attitude.

Don’t eat here. Don’t eat somewhere with bathrooms that look like this. The cleaner stall had zero toilet paper so I had to wipe with toilet seat covers. The other toilet covered in pee. Disgusting.
