I wouldn’t consider your kid friendly when it comes to doordashing he tried to blame the doordasher when this was actually done and the products were provided from within the store the manager jokingly laughed on the phone as if everything was funny about this so I’m pretty sure they knew exactly she knew exactly who did this around June 26th of 4:58 p.m. on that shift enter the person that wanted to do harm to children and provide rotten food intentionally may Yahwehs curses and wrath be upon you may you never receive a blessing until you do right by people. I find this to be unethical and unprofessional and no accountability when it came to the store or the manager who jokingly thought it would be funny to do harm to children is unacceptable providing services with rotten food for kids knowing that you’re adults and you work in kitchens it’s unacceptable for delivery the doordasher did not do that this was done within the store. To provide leaky substances with a sealed bag from the store an opening of my ice creams at the bottom smushed and missing other ice creams this was intentionally done in the store. Just to let you know to Priscilla I don’t even think that’s your real name you will not get away with this you are the workers on that shift the lack of accountability and unethical practices and lack of taking your job seriously I find that to be concerning.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to report a serious complaint regarding Order #118, placed via DoorDash from your Wawa location at 13026 US-301, Riverview, FL 33578 on [06/26/2025].

What I received was not just poor service it was dangerous. The food appeared tampered with, contaminated, and inedible, and many of the issues involved items intended for children, which makes this situation especially disturbing.

RED FLAGS:

A rotten bananawas placed in a child’s meal — an obvious and unacceptable oversight.
Sandwiches were missing meat, mayo, or key ingredients, showing clear signs of tampering or neglect. Rotten tomatoes in Spanish. No meat on the ham sandwiches

Despite clear instructions due to allergies the order included milk instead of water

Two Caesar salads were leaking, watery, and appeared spoiled. Manager claims the bag was shut so if the bag was shut this was done in the store .

Several items were missing entirely including: a 1 .2L Coca-Cola missing , 1 Nerds candy missing, 4 missing Magnus bars, and more.

In the bag that was sealed shut they they rip the ice creams open and smash them to the bottom of the bag two of the chocolate chip ones

DISTURBING RESPONSE FROM STAFF:

I called the store immediately. Manager Priscilla laughed, showed zero concern, and attempted to blame the DoorDasher. However, the sealed condition of the bags and the nature of the problems prove this occurred in-store. The response was careless, unprofessional, and deeply troubling — especially given the safety risk to my children.

THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE:

This goes far beyond bad service this appears to be intentional and it put my children’s health at risk. I believe this was either gross negligence or deliberate harm to minors . Food safety protocols were clearly ignored.

I AM DEMANDING:

1. A full refund for the salads and all 4 kids order. An items opened by workers where bags were allegedly sealed shut.
2. An internal investigation into staff on duty that day.
3. A formal written response explaining what corrective action will be taken.
4. Clear assurances of retraining on food safety and child meal preparation.

Until this is resolved, I will warn all other customers: Do not support this location. Their behavior was not just disgusting it was reckless and dangerous.

If I do not receive a proper response, I will escalate this to the Florida Department of Health, the Department of Agriculture Food Safety Division and I will share this experience across all platforms to protect other families.

Older lady with blonde hair at the register is very unpleasant. Ordered a curbside waited over 20 minutes for 2 things. Store wasnt even busy when i walked in to ask if it was already picked from the floor. For her to tell me i don’t know, like your wearing a headset to communicate with all employees, hear messages,ect. Customer service was not great. When a customer is asking you a question “Thank you” is not an answer

What a shame for a prime location Wawa. Urgently in need of better management, current one just doesn’t care. Soda machine isn’t calibrated well, needs maintenance (ratios are off), quick food near registers aren’t refreshed often enough (stale, rubbery), bathrooms are disgusting. Cashiers are doing the best they can despite mediocre management. Get it together!

hello, good afternoon to all my friends and neighbors in riverview, since the Wawas gas stations opened I fill up with gasoline and buy my breakfast almost every morning, I can no longer do that since the staff is unprofessional or unprofessional, the thermoses of coffee Empty, they take out the creams only in the morning and if you ask, they tell you that they can’t take more from the store until the next day. The bathrooms are dirty with poop and they don’t clean them. bread with tomato and onions they did not add ham and now I am going to give you the proof the photograph of the bread I had to go back and definitely ask for my money back please do not waste time and look for another place to buy your things because you are definitely going to leave upset that Wawa that was today 4:30 in the afternoon and 11/08/23 neither coffee nor vanilla for coffee and on top of that bread with tomato without ham greetings to all the neighbors Good afternoon, I went to buy something and they charged me 3.50 dollars for 2 mibos. It is a shameless act by Wawa and a lack of respect for us, the customers.

DO NOT order delivery from this wawa. They have a 75% ability to screw up the order. From drinks to orders in the kitchen to chips or snacks on the side. The excuse given when called if something is missing is Call “Delivery that you used”. Wife just placed an order tonight including two large vanilla milkshake, we got two small milkshake. On top of this…THEN we had to tell them when we would come up there to get the RIGHT order. Seriously? Thanks but no thanks.

I can’t order the $5 breakfast deal because the website says their store is out of hash browns…. I see hash browns near the register every morning I go into the store.

Edit 7/28/25: I finally ordered the breakfast deal, the burrito was completely missing. I don’t know if the delivery driver stole it or if they didn’t put it in the bag but my suggestion is to never order delivery from this store if you have the ability to drive there. Usually when an item is missing they put in a card telling you to call for a refund so I’m assuming since that wasn’t in there it was the driver that stole the item.

Before i go to work i usually always order ahead so i can walk in and out to get my coffee but the most recent time I’ve went to do this when i walked in the screen was stacked with orders but almost all the employees were else where. I even heard one of the employee’s say “they can wait” but the cherry on top is after waiting for this drink i ordered ahead for…..they get it wrong…. Gotta love a wawa

Jan 29 around 11:30-12 am I came in for a chicken salad club . Made sloppy and so much mayo. Whyyyy?!?! Get rid of the ppl that don’t care how the food looks going out. It’s enough the sandwich cost more than $5
