I always come to this Subway because Charlie consistently provides great service. He’s extremely friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure the order is done right. He really goes out of his way to make customers feel appreciated and taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it honestly makes a big difference in the overall experience. This location is lucky to have someone like him.

Been coming to this subway since my wife and I moved to Smyrna and they definitely do a great job remembering your order and giving you exactly what you order online. Charlie is great and anytime I forget to pack my lunch he’s right there to get me in and out as fast as possible.

The food was good….but the guy making our sandwiches picked a booger out his nose and then wiped it on his pants before putting his gloves back on. But that that befor we cans inside, we saw him do that through the window.

If you want to order online with a deal they will manually cancel/void it. Very rude and will tell you to leave the store and yell at you. Do not come here. Very greedy (on Christmas too!)
