Very disturbing experience at this location. When I politely asked about my order, the associate in black was rude and made a racist comment saying “Spanish people are impatient” and told me to “go back to my country.” She also threatened to beat me up if I returned.
When I asked for the manager (wearing green), she ignored my complaint, walked away, and laughed instead of addressing the situation.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect Wawa’s standards. The incident will be included in a police report. Very disappointed

I’ve been to 1 million Wawa’s all over the place and I never seen a cashier. Ask the guy in front of me for a $10 tip and then ask me if I wanted to give a tip. I don’t come in here to tip the people.

The Young barista is excellent, every time I order my drink is always made correctly and waiting for me. I always seem to be waiting for my food though, but the barista helps move that process along as well. She really is awesome, the other lady who makes food with the glasses doesn’t like customers

Good is food but they are extremely inconsistent in their online ordering. Lots of items are available to order instore but not allowed online. One example is Mashed potato bowls can only be ordered without mashed potatoes and are forced to replace it with Mac and cheese. They consistantly make mistakes on their orders and leave things out when we get our deliveries. Dont get me started in waiting in line there. I waited 15 mins for a bowl while everyone else before me left. They were training someone and would look at me and keep slowly slowly training. Possibly the worst Wawa ive been to.

The manager is the real reason this place sucks! Slowest Wawa in this entire area and there’s like 5 other within 10-15 min driving distance. The workers are rude and literally WAIT for EACH PERSON to show up before actually making another order, I was waiting 15 minutes for a smoothie and when I asked him to make it he kept telling me to hold on while calling for another person when the entire room was FULLL I had to beg him to stop and make the other drinks. Just the WORST

Service sucked I was at the register and no one was available looked around a 1 of your workers saw me and walked of the as soon as I started scanning my stuff a guy walks up and helped the young lady behind me not were black and im white I wanted a cashier so I could het lotto tickets stood there for a couple minutes waiting for help feeling really discriminated against the manager said she would talk to him but I spend a 1,000 plus dollars month at this store now i will go somewhere else
