If you have sensory issues,
A it is a open building with awful acoustics and very loud bring your headphones if this is an issue for you.
B the coffee cups are cores not a smooth glaze like you are use to so if you have issues with texture bring your own cup cause these ones feel awful! and if you stir in mild and sugar it is even worse! same with the soup bowls. I know I will personally need to bring in my own cup.
C if they give you silverware it is a decent sturdy set that is not smooth it is textured. everyone is different on this stuff.
D the back wall is solid windows, not sure how this is going to effect heat and cooling but you should get amazing views of the sunset at dinner time!
Service, I am assuming our waitress is new to customer service and has much to learn. She was very dismissive when I had questions on how my food came out compared to what the menu said. She wrung up the ticket wrong and we had to have a manager come fix things. Just so every one knows they do not charge for a glass of water and no it is not supposed to be wrung up as a bottle of water, if you order a sandwich you get the option of soup of fries not get charged extra for soup. like I said I think she was new to customer service. She is learning so defiantly pay attention to your bill and ask for a manager if you need help or question.
Now on to the food. The prices look reasonable, What we ordered was amazing. I did ask the manager about the custard it says is on the apple pie French toast and he was just as confused as I was. our best guess is they are calling the egg wash they dip the toast in to, a custard. This is not any type of stuffed french toast…. it is normal french toast with warm apple pie filling, whipped cream and syrup. It was delicious! you could cut it with a fork and it was full of flavor!
The fries were good, the soup was good and well the sandwich was huge! I can only assume it was good as my husband was full before he got to the sandwich.
I know we will defiantly go back. They have potential to be a really good restaurant.
