We always go to WaWa but last night we had a flat tire that required a tow and we had to leave our car at the facility over night. We spoke to manager Ash and she was amazing promised us our car would be safe and not towed privately. We came back the next morning and the car was perfect. We met with her again after we got the tire fixed and she even came outside to say hi to our dog . She is amazing and so personable we need more Ash’s in this world way to go WaWa make her regional manager!!!

Thanks Wawa for making me late. I had to wait 23 minutes for my sandwich because the girl when she came into work, decided to greet everybody and then dance and then decided to make a sandwich for somebody that didn’t even pay for it. I know this because he instructed her on how to make the sandwich. She handed him the sandwich and he walked out the door no number no nothing so I finally get my turn. She makes my sandwich and she makes it wrong. I see why you keep getting bad reviews at this Wawa and the girl that reported a five star review before me actually is the girl that works there get it together while I go to all your locations and I’ve never been this disappointed.

Without a doubt, the nicest woman I’ve ever seen working at a Wawa is at this location. She said good morning, beautiful to two or three people myself included. And when her line was getting a little long and noticed that I had a few extra sleeves on my cup. She couldn’t read the scanner said. Enjoy your day that cups on me. Wawa you don’t understand how much this woman has made my morning. I’ve had a very difficult week and she is fantastic. Recognize her!

Came in 11/14/25 at 8am. I placed a coffee order 25 mins before I left my home; drove another 15 mins to the location & it still wasn’t ready. I ended up coming inside instead of waiting for them to bring it out, & the barista ignored me when I tried to inform her I was now inside. I heard her tell another emoloyee who was standing around, “she’s just staring at me.” After waiting another 10 mins and watching her ignore my order on the screen, I informed the manager I’d be back during lunch for a refund. I waited so long I ended up being late for work- without any coffee. I saw multiple employees walking around and not assisting with anything. I learned my lesson & would rather stop at Dunkin. Service and management of the service needs an overhaul.

When someone orders a Philly Cheesesteak with lettuce and tomato, the salt should go on the salad, not on the meat. You guys salt the meat and the sandwich ends up bland. That’s why it doesn’t taste right. Please fix that, because you’re ruining the sandwich.

Ordered a ham and turkey club sandwich and the waiter decided to put tomatoes on my sandwich while it was obviously still hanging from the vine! Who doesn’t know to cut this off? It was on the tomatoes of both sides of my sandwich! When I bit it, I was so pissed and when I looked on the other half, there was another one! It made me lose my appetite! I normally have great service here, which is why I still gave them a two star rating! Tried calling several times to get them to make me another and the automated system says “no one is available to take my call”!

My XL Cherry Coke was amazing from the Coke Touch Screen. (just like the one’s at the Coke Museum in Atlanta, GA). My only issue was that this Wawa only had large straws and I like small straws. The ladies (I didnt see any men working which was concerning because i was there at 1230am on a week night) in the store were very helpful. I was gonna get gas, but the pumps were dirty and disgusting ♂️ That’s all 4 now…
