Yeah, it was hot in there like air-conditioning working but that’s OK. Summertime look at the menu ask for a double cheeseburger and a large french fry. The girl gave me a combo and a couple bites. I told I didn’t want to drink that I want it just a double cheeseburger and a large fry, I’ll take it was flat and tasted like the Pepsi was old rant fast food for 10 years I know all about it. I guess the refrigeration was not working. It was hot paid $10.89 for everything to Truck or old that filled up tasted good but it wasn’t hot. The meat was old had been cooked. Probably 3040 minutes. Not very happy last time I ate at Dairy Queen was five years ago. I guess it’ll be another five years.

I can understand closing early due to an emergency. What I can’t understand is how DQ allows a mobile Order and then the store refusing to respond to a customer asking to be refunded for an order they could not pick up, because the store was closed inside of regular business hours.
If you call there is no answer after three days of trying, I reached a shift lead promising a manager would call me back. Three weeks later nothing and they rarely answer the phone. They stole my money basically so beware if you are traveling and using the mobile app. I suggest driving there before placing an order to make sure they are open.
The shift lead basically told me they close inside of business hours regularly due to lack of employees and district manager refusing to hire people or change the hours. They will waste your time unfortunately.
Completely Unprofessional. They deserve zero stars.

Went through the drive-thru, so I am not certain about the atmosphere, although the attendant at the window was exceptionally friendly and polite. Service was excellent, being both quick and accurate.
Food is fast food, so there’s only so much quality that can be reasonably expected, but it’s certainly better than other fast/cheap options like ‘The Golden Arches’. Also the difference in pricing isn’t enough to dissuade anyone considering the significantly higher standard and quality of the food you’re paying for.

What in the world is going on with this place??? I’ve been consistently coming to this location for a few years now and the food and service, up until today, had been constantly above quality standards. Unfortunately, today, there was a completely new crew and they are clearly incompetent and have a severe lack of on-the-job training. My fries were too salty and cold, neither my nor my brother’s hamburgers were made correctly, the Dr. Pepper tasted like the syrup bag in the back was empty and in need of replacing, and the trash can was overflowing. I also got the $7.00 meal deal, but never received my ice cream that comes with it. This is a disgrace to the gas station, Dairy Queen, and the Fletcher community and Sheetz will inevitably put them out of business once they are fully built with their MTO burgers if this shoddy service continues. This business seriously needs to do what ever it takes to get the old crew back in, give them a wage increase or what-ever else they want because the new crew just isn’t cutting it. I could have bought frozen “White House” sliders from Ingles grocery store and had a better meal!!! Heck, I avoid McDonald’s, next door, like the plague and even they typically have better food and service than what I had from Dairy Queen tonight. Seriously…..step up your game! Sheetz is coming to town and they don’t play around! At the level of food quality and service I got tonight, you’ll be out of business in less than a month after they open.

The chicken strip basket was great, they don’t jip you on the fries that’s for sure, and the strips were actually pretty big, all great food, but the best part was obviously the blizzard, which I had never had before and wow have I been missing out my whole life. I ordered the small strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and let me tell you, it was more than enough. I couldn’t stop eating it even after I was so full. It was so delicious, and the real strawberries inside of it and bits of cheesecake and Graham cracker was absolutely perfect for a hot hot day, or any day really.

I came here last Wednesday 5/8 and had put in a mobile order beforehand. Was told at the drive- thru that they couldn’t make it because they were short staffed and were closing early while 4 people were standing right there looking at me. I requested a refund and was told they didn’t have a manager or a number to call and no control over this. I called a customer service number I found online and was told I would have a refund within 3-4 business days. It’s been a week now and still no refund. I now received an email saying that the owner of this store has to approve the refund which is opposite what I was told at the store. It may not seem like a lot of money to some but for a single mom every little bit counts. I will never be eating here again.
Update: it has now been 2 weeks and I was told by an assistant manager at the store that they are the ones that should have given the refund but had no manager to do it. She said she would have the district manager who was to be there last week give the refund and call me. Still haven’t received it or heard anything. They also refuse to answer the phone at the store and the voicemail is full. have called DQ fan relations a third time and still no refund. They are basically stealing money at this point and I will be going to the news with this.

My frosted animal cookie blizzard was basically only vanilla ice cream. When I asked if this was normal they said yes. This is not the only bad experience I have had here. I won’t be returning.
