It’s not a bad place but staff needs more training specially the one making food I ordered a hot matcha drink which is green… AND HOT what I got instead was a cold green one the first time so I kindly asked for it to be hot to which then it was hot so cool then the second I take a sip it tastes like coffee mixed with matcha so I open it and guess what now is not green but brown like coffee… like cmon do better so then I read the paper and it says it’s got a shot of espresso to which I never even ordered..

Another shameful experience at this Wawa. Unfortunately, this is typical for all Wawa locations in South Florida. Thought it would make sense to grab a hot coffee with a freeze warning in effect (1/31/26). Nope, not happening! 3 coffee canisters on display, 2 completely empty, 1 at least has some coffee but it’s old & cold. It’s a never ending joke for numerous Wawa locations, from 441 and all the way west to Coral Ridge Drive / Nob Hill Road. I shouldn’t be able to chug an XL coffee ($3) in under a minute because it completely lacks any type of warmth. The supply area for the coffee station looks like it was hit by a tornado. The single Wawa staff member running this area cannot be blamed for their negligence. There is one person responsible for continuous drink orders and they simply can’t manage everything. One disgraceful experience after another is entirely the fault of area management. The folks that are in charge of the thinking and the planning do not recognize the need for an extra body to keep pace with customer traffic and their needs. At the very least it would make sense to have a microwave available so the customer can solve the cold coffee issue with minimal effort. Wawa should discontinue supplying coffee and providing coffee bonus offers in the app as it’s a repeated source of embarrassment. I’ve had enough of this foolishness. I’ll do without or perhaps try a different convenience chain altogether.

I usually have a good experience at this location, but the night shift customer service has become a serious concern. There is an older female employee who consistently speaks to customers in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional tone. On several occasions, she has raised her voice at people who were simply asking questions or trying to understand a policy.
I’m genuinely surprised that management allows this behavior to continue, as it creates a very uncomfortable environment for customers and reflects poorly on the business. I hope the manager addresses this issue soon, because this kind of treatment should not be acceptable in any customer-facing role

I JUST ordered a large chicken soup curbside due to being sick and all that was in the container was broth. The employee had the nerve to serve me with a smile knowing what was in the container. The staff is filled with younger employees and need definitely more training if not the store will definitively be losing money..

I tried their mouthwatering double cheeseburger with a number of toppings.
Their cheesecake milkshake is the best milkshake I’ve ever had.

I work overnights and when I got off I was starving so I thought I’d give Wawa a try… OMG!! My sandwich was amazing! Something so good I’ll probably go back soon. I had egg and American cheese, bacon caramelized onions and mayo. YUMMY!! I also got some doughnuts, that my husband loved. (Boston cream). He was expecting them to be stale for was pleasantly surprised. I also got a couple of muffins that I will eat later. Forget the Burger King next door, they have nothing on freshly made food.

Today, Thanksgiving Day 2025 around 1:00 pm the entire staff was very nice. Very welcoming and courteous. Panini was fresh and excellent as was the strawberry banana smoothie. Thank you all!

Paid $15 total for both items and a drink. Bacon ranch chicken quesadilla was a bit salty but good. Great service and prices. Definitely not your typical “gas station food.” Highly recommended!
