The man that was preparing the sandwiches had horrible customer service horrible. There was no greeting The customers are letting them know when their food was ready. He just threw the sandwich to one side. A customer asked if that was his sandwich. The shower/chef told him to check for himself.
The food was discussed, the bread was stale.
The spinach was not fresh, Fried pickled chips was soggy and a limited amount when I ordered extra. Nothing about the experience nor the food was even worth one star

I love Wawa and visit their stores frequently, but unfortunately on this occasion I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. On December 13th around 8:30 p.m., a deli employee — I am not sure if he was the manager, as he was not wearing any identification — displayed a rude and discourteous attitude.
When I asked where the restroom was located, he responded only with gestures and an annoyed look, without providing a proper verbal response. On another occasion, while completing an Uber Eats order, I asked him a question that the app required me to confirm, and his response was ironic and unprofessional.
Initially, I thought he might have been having a bad day and chose not to say anything. However, when the same behavior occurred again, it became clear that the treatment was disrespectful and very unpleasant. I believe this type of behavior does not reflect the customer service values I have always associated with Wawa.
I hope this situation can be reviewed to prevent other customers or delivery drivers from having a similar experience.

Add one of the tastiest chicken, bacon, ranch, spicy ranch sandwiches wrap and that coffee they made was pretty damn good too. I even lost my keys. One of the employees turned it in so all good. Definitely worth a stop by and get a bite or some gas.

I love to eat here but recently when I get my sandwiches, one of the girls is notorious for smashing them after she makes them. This ruins the bread and I buy for a family of four so I pay too much for smashed food. Can corporate send a memo not to smash people’s food? Otherwise I love this location.

Spent almost $50 at this location today and was given raspberry lemonade instead of tea curbside and this has happened several times before but I never complained thinking it was an accident but I only get tea if I walk in. My husband picked it up and they didn’t inform him of being out and replaced it. Plus why replace tea with lemonade? If you didn’t have that flavor why not still replace it with the? Ask the customer? Or even warn them of a replacement? I’m done with this location because other locations are better. I ONLY have issues here.

1 employee doing the work while 3 others stand and watch. They’ll have you waiting 20 minutes for some food. Don’t recommend anyone who respects themselves to go here. Spend your money at a business that appreciates it.

I’m from Wisconsin and often come to this location when i visit my boyfriend in Florida. We usually have a good time, but today we ordered ahead our breakfast at 10:30 when it closes at 11 and when we got there around 10:45 it still had not been made and we were told that they closed the line down and they needed to open it up in order to make our food. It now is currently 11:30, an hour since we placed our order and we still have yet to receive it and were told they got busy doing something else. Severly disappointed.

Tesla charging, typically our spot but as of today, 1 charging portal is still broken and 3 other portals didn’t connect. Service is 50/50, they’re either really nice or they don’t acknowledge you. Likely best to look somewhere else for a more comfortable tesla charging environment.
