Busy Wawa in middle of tourist area. Great service and plenty of products available though. Store is clean and well laid out so it is easy to find what you want. Hot food order are taken on one side which leaves plenty of room on other side for quick snacks, drinks and other items ready to be taken ba k to your hotel or in your trip bag as you venture forth on the adventure of the day. Gas is reasonable for area and there are plenty of pumps to choose from.

I went to this Wawa, purchased my items, and then went to use the Coca-Cola freestyle machine. While dispensing a drink, cockroaches came out of the machine.
I immediately recorded video and took photos to document what was happening and to confirm I wasn’t mistaken. This is a serious sanitation and food-safety issue.
I’m posting this review so store management and corporate are aware and can address this immediately to prevent this from happening to other customers.

The food used to be amazing, but the last couple months its beens horrible, the bowls are coming with less food(and worse looking) and dont order anything extra, sometimes they dont even put it and you cant do nothing, you just lost some money. And forget the service, it was never that good

Thurough performed solidly, I love Wawa they don’t have a problem with me and they even keep me hydrated. #thankgod the main store is nice enough display wise and well maintained! I did notice a discrepancy with the latrine’s cleanliness. I’m not going to hurt them this time because of it but just know that it ruined your perfect score. I expect a lot out of Wawa as a Christian company, I believe you can be the best at being the GOAT convenience store for everybody. I appreciate you guys just tighten up with them bathrooms please and thank you!

Waited for a really long time for my food, like at least 20min. I was standing there the whole time hearing them call out everyone else’s order except mine. There seemed to be a larger order sitting there so I thought maybe they were backed up. The lady called someone who came in after me and he said “I think she was here first” and pointed at me, then I told her I’d been waiting a while for my food. She looked around for it and turns out my food was tucked behind the counter and to the side. Completely out of view, I’d have no way of knowing the order was mine, and then she claimed to have called my order “a long time ago” like no, you didn’t because I’ve been standing there the whole time. I ordered an iced latte too and that took forever because there wasn’t anyone behind the counter for a while, and then when that lady made the drinks she never called them out. So again, my coffee is just sitting there behind the counter where the employees assemble the drinks, completely out of view, and they’re expecting us to just reach back there and grab them without ever calling our numbers. I travel for work so I’ve been to a lot of Wawas and this one is one of the worst I’ve been to.

On the upside, outdoor seating provides a pleasant option to enjoy your meal. Despite its flaws, the convenience and variety offered by this Wawa make it a decent choice, especially if you’re willing to overlook its shortcomings.

Only had one pot of coffee out and it was empty the rest said closed. Asked the woman in the coffee area if they had any coffee or if ahe could put on a Cuban roast and she said no.
I’ve been going to Wawa for coffee for 25 years. They’ve never been out and they’ve never said no they won’t put on a pot for you if one is out, matter of fact normally they tell you to take a free 24oz if you have to wait.
Not here. Just a plain simple no and a walk off.

At the cash out the young lady said she was ready to go home as small talk. I said back “what time you get off?”
Then she called me a stalker in front of the other customers even though i was just tryin to small talk with her.

They’re ok with having a broke lotto machine for almost a year. Regardless of how brand new crispy your bill is, the machine will spit it out. And clearly Wawa doesn’t care. You might as well trash that machine.
