San Martín Bakery & Restaurant in Dallas was honestly such a great experience. The moment you walk in, it feels warm and inviting, and the smell of fresh bread and coffee hits you right away. We tried their house blend coffee and it was so good, smooth, rich and just perfect with the pastries. Everything we ordered tasted amazing, from the pasta to the breakfast plates and drinks. The flavors were so fresh and satisfying that it really makes your taste buds go crazy. On top of that, the service was friendly and the whole place has such a nice, lively vibe. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone — truly deserves 5 stars!

San Martín Bakery on Belt Line was a wonderful surprise and an excellent choice for lunch on Christmas Day. From the moment we walked in, everything felt easy and welcoming—no wait, smooth service, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere that made the holiday meal feel relaxed rather than rushed.

The food was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, striking that perfect balance between comfort and quality that San Martín is known for. It’s the kind of meal that feels indulgent without being heavy.

Service was efficient and well-organized, especially impressive given that it was Christmas Day. Staff were attentive and professional, keeping things moving while still making the experience feel personal.

With great food, a nice atmosphere, and zero wait, San Martín Bakery delivered a consistently excellent experience. It’s an ideal spot for a casual lunch, a holiday meal, or anytime you want good food without the hassle. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit here, and some company of mine recommended this place. There is another location near Downtown Dallas but we were happy to find this location locally.

The atmosphere was very clean and open, with a lot of natural lighting spread across. They have a bakery and a coffee shop that any one can freely browse and purchase.

The service was great and the menu options were delicious! I had gotten myself the Pan Con Cochinita Pibil with a side of plantain’s along with a Tres Leches Latte. We also had complimentary bread, made fresh in house.

Their parking fills up very quickly but, they are in an area with a parking garage nearby. The prices can rake up quite high but the quality of the food makes up for it.

Overall we had a pleasent time. If you’re in the area looking for a nice evening out, I would definitely recommend stopping by!

1st at San Martin for me and my fiancé. 1st impressions: we loved the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant/bakery. You are greeted at the door by sights and smells of all the delicious deserts and breads. The restaurant was beautifully layed out, design wise, with plenty of seating (including a private room for private gatherings. Next, Christopher, our waiter was very attentive. Now the food: we were pleasantly surprised by the menu choices; from appetizers, soups, sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, pasta, etc. We chose the chicken Pinsa Veneciana pizza, steak bowl, and Pepitoria & Avocado salad. The food was amazing. The presentation was just like it was pictured in the menu. The tea was a berry bliss iced tea (you have to see the picture to do it justice). My fiancé had the immune booster smoothie. All drinks are fresh (made to order) and hand crafted. It will be a new go to favorite for us and our friends. The prices are $10 – $20. And to end the evening, Jackie (the manager) came by the table to check on us. She chatted for awhile and gave us some history on the restaurant. Thanks Jackie for making our 1st impressions a memorable one. She was very professional and nice.

Went here Monday, December 8 at 1:30 p.m., and there was no wait. It was fun to get the booth in the southwest corner, though we like all the tables here, including in the beautiful north room. There is always a festive atmosphere.

The capucino had great powdering. The special pistachio drink was delicious. The Santa Fe salad great – be sure to toss it, and the pistachio soup good. I liked the French Dip sandwich, but it was only about 6 inches long, and not as tall as in the photo, inset in the photo attached.

We bougtht the box of 12 gingerbread cookies to take home, and they are a joy! We got two coffee-mug-shaped cookies instead of two Christmas-tree-shaped cookies and that was fine. Two were slightly cracked, but were promptly eaten, the rest were perfect.

We love San Martin Bakery.

The camera did not eat first today and I have 0 regrets. Alex our server was super attentive! The Dos por Tres was a super easy way to try the food with an affordable price and large portion. I got the Pan con Cochinita Pibil and the Caldo de Pollo. Both were DELICOUS! Overall will absolutely be returning. The meal was comforting and great cannot recommend enough. For two people, with drink, and getting the Dos por tres special the mean came out to $76 with tip. An excellent bang for your buck.

Great service and a very friendly waiter. The food was good and priced about the same as most restaurants. I had the steak salad, and the meat had an exceptionally good flavor—definitely stood out.

This isn’t Mexican food; it’s more Mayan or South American, which makes it a great alternative when you’re in the mood for something different. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to change things up with a really solid meal.

I ordered a Spanish latte, and my family tried several items from the bakery. Unfortunately, there were no gluten-free options available. The Spanish latte was surprisingly not overly sweet, which I appreciated, but the espresso itself tasted burnt. My family had positive things to say about their baked goods.
