I WALKED A MILE TO GET HERE
This is my second review of this Wa Wa (#5206)) facility. If my first review praised the store and staff, this review appreciates the available foods and the wonderful servers I have been lucky enough to enjoy here.
Unlike many patrons, I do not have a vehicle. So, at least twice a week, I walk a mile north to this Wa Wa for my hot lunch. I usually order a hoagie, either a meatball or a chicken Parmesan (with cheddar instead), a fountain Diet Coke, and a small mixed fruit bowl for dessert. I must say, the marinara sauce on my hoagies is very tasty, so I always get extra.
The servers are kind and treat me and others with respect and appreciation. While I could mention a few special servers here, I won’t, because doing so might leave someone out. To all the servers, please know I admire you for your kindness and the help you provide to patrons throughout the year. And believe me, I understand how challenging it can be to deal with the public. So, whenever I step into the store, I try to be understanding of what you’re going through. My hat is off to you.

One thing you can count on is consistency when it comes to a Wawa convenience store. They have many gas pumps and almost always include diesel and ethanol free gas. You have great amenities. They always have many garbage cans and window washer stations. You can even get free air for your tires. When you go in the store, there is no shortage of selection of snacks, coffee, soft drinks, beer, or energy drinks. Just about any type of candy you can think of is inside. They offer some of the better quality gas station food. You can easily buy a lottery ticket. The price on fuel is always competitive. I really enjoy visiting a Wawa.

And yet once more. Here we are again. I should write a book about this Wawa. Why is it even still open? Can you believe it’s early in the morning this is the time when people need coffees cappuccinos stuff like that they just don’t have any. They just don’t have it on the machine and it’s almost 6:00 in the morning and I got it turned off. Are you freaking kidding me? After you click on hot beverages you got nothing for the specialty coffees like the lattes and cappuccinos. It just takes you to this garbage about the boxes to go of coffee which is not what I’m looking for.
Here we go again. And yet once more I come into this Wawa again and they don’t have rice I really don’t think they even ever make any rice in the store I’m going to have to find out and ask but I don’t think they ever ever make any rice in this Wawa I think they just skip it. But that’s bad because some of us come looking for it and never find it like me I’m really getting tired of this I don’t even know why I bother I should just stop coming to Wawa.
And yet once again for the third time no freaking rice in this place I’m starting to believe that these people never make rice in this Wawa this is probably the only one that never has rice and it makes me furious because I waste my time every time I step out of the car and walk into their stupid store. This particular store is making me hate Wawa.
Took me a moment to realize this is the same Wawa that I have complained about for like the third or fourth time a they are so horrible here at having items on the menu two times have come here wanting rice and they didn’t have the rice today I wanted hamburgers they don’t got burgers to be honest this Wawa should just be closed. I don’t have this much bad luck with the other wall was but this Wawa has a habit of not having stuff stocked and I need to remember to just never come to this one anymore. Both things I came in to get today were not here I needed burger they didn’t have burgers I also needed Red Bull coconut they had zero except for the small cans which is what I did not need I needed the big cans. All in all I don’t recommend this Wawa at all they are terrible at stocking their items and they are not very smart at restocking.

Love this Wawa! Location is always to have a mixed crowd, but I made a mistake and order chicken instead of beef, and the manager was so kind and so wonderful and understanding that she allowed me to get a replacement of my quesadilla with beef instead without without any charge or hassle !! It’s the only WaWa that doesn’t have an ordering system at 2 a.m. and both of the cash registers have a closed sign. That’s probably because night shift employees close it, so they don’t get bothered with customers when they’re doing other things. Supervisors should take action on this matter, Please.

Last night me, my wife, & our Autistic son stop by last night to grab something to eat before we went home & the cashier messed up when it came to using my points so we called the “supervisor” to try to fix our situation & we politely let people in front of us so a line won’t form behind us. Then when my wife was trying to explain the situation to the “supervisor” she was telling my wife to be quiet which pissed of me & my wife to the point that we started to argue & me son broke down to tears because he thought it was his fault. We stepped out for him to get some air & when we return the “supervisor” refuse to honor our point & accused us for being rude. Then when I still got something to eat for my son I ask to speak to her manager she then became ignorant with me telling me she’s in charge & then we argued again, she literally got bold like was gonna do something. Not only did me & my wife got insulted, I also felt like I got robbed by her for the simple fact she didn’t even wanted to try to refund my points & act real smuggled about. He ever was your supervisor was during April 8 around 11pm needs to get their stuff together & WAWA needs to do something about her & that stank attitude she provided to us

Ordered a quesadilla but it was so watery and the tortilla was so wet it fell apart when I picked it up. In addition to it being terrible to try to eat, it also was the wrong quesadilla order despite me being the only person waiting for food at the time. I’ve never had that happen at other Wawas. Honestly just a terrible quesadilla

How do y’all run out of hamburger buns?? Is this a supply chain issue? Do they sell out too fast? Is the hot counter ordering associate dyslexic?
Everytime I’ve ordered food here something always has to be substituted. What’s the point of having stuff on the menu when you don’t have ingredients? Or provide a way to cancel the order for a refund at least.
