Popeyes is my husband and I favorite fastfood. Living in the midwest, we haven’t lived in the same city as a Popeyes for over 10 years. However, we will plan road trips around where we can find Popeyes and we do a fair amount of traveling so we have been to Popeyes all of the USA – from Seattle, WA to Boston, MA. This location in Minot is the best we have ever been to. The restaurant is clean, the employees are very courteous and respectful. This location also has the BEST Popeyes biscuits we have had in a very long time. The are fresh and fall apart buttery Biscuits. They are very soft and fluffy in the middle. We also bring home a extra half dozen as we live two hours away from this location. We tried the strawberry biscuit for the first time today. It was heavenly. I highly recommend the strawberry Biscuit. Minot is blessed to have such a great Popeyes. I hope that one day we will see one in Williston, ND. We are thankful this Popeyes is at least a reasonable distance from us that we can still get Popeyes now anytime we come to Minot.

Still love this location and their biscuits are still the best! They didn’t have strawberry cream biscuits on the menu but we still enjoyed the chocolate chip biscuit! My kids can’t get enough of the mac and cheese!

The Popeyes in Minot is an incredible, amazing restaurant! We’re traveling through from Texas, and I’m telling you, this is the place! The chicken is very savory – awesome flavor, as well as their strawberry lemonade! Excellent, very polite service, wonderful background music, and an overall wonderful place to eat! You will not be disappointed. Just off the freeway across the main road from Dennys.

Ordered a meal for my fiancee and she absolutely loved it, which says a LOT since she’s incredibly picky.. while she sat in the parking lot (we ordered from the drive-thru) I took our daughter in to use the bathroom and the lobby was very tidy and well set up, bathrooms were pretty dark but they were clean. Next time I think I’ll order food from there as well!

This is so SAD. The chicken from Popeyes looks like they were sitting there from this morning. They were so dry out. My order was missing items, and the manager as No Customer service skills. I told him what happened, and his response was, “Did they fix it?” I said yes after I asked them for it. Then I don’t know why every time I go to this location I’m disappointed. This never happens when I get it in Fargo, ND

I’m a bit disappointed to say that this Popeyes is actually better than the ones in Louisiana and Mississippi. I’ve had the chance to try Popeyes there, and the service here is the best I’ve ever experienced, along with the food being top-notch! This tastes even better than any Popeyes I’ve had in the South!

Staff 9.5/10, Food 1/10 nearly killed us from food poisoning on our way home, the resturant itself 5/10 fairly clean just had funky smells like an old butcher shop.
The staff there was exceptionally friendly, helpful and timely, but I dont know about the rest of it. Everything tasted old and bitter and a funky old cheese smell.

The person taking my order was amazing however it would have been nice if the kitchen would have given me the food I ordered. I ordered an 8 pc combo with 4 legs and 4 thighs I got a breast two wings and a thigh. I was supposed to get mashed potatoes and gravy I did not get it at all. Even with the added pressure of being brand new, the staff was very friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious.
Edit: after a few months being open, customer service has been lacking, as well as order accuracy. Usually employees are joking with each other or playing on their phones, rather than paying attention to the counter, and my order gets screwed up at least 50% of the time, so bringing it down to 2 stars from my initial 5

Have been to numerous Popeyes locations around the country. Stationed here for several years, so happy to see a Popeyes location open here. Super disappointed when it did. Portion size is half what grew up with. Cost 3x as much. Will visit Church chicken when back down south again. This location portion size turned me off Popeyes forever for me
