The customer service was great! Now why did I give it one star? Well it is not very big which means about the same size of a circle k, the food is just sandwiches and chicken strips, the fountain drinks such as an extra large would be $2.79 for drink the size of the extra large at circle k. The circle k extra large drink is only 79 cents . The lady behind the counter went out of her way to find a product for me which they didn’t have.

While visiting out of town last week, my family and I stopped here for gas and a quick bite to eat. We were greeted right away while ordering, and Lauren was incredibly sweet and helpful, especially with assisting my elderly dad in ordering his salad. The food was great, and the store was clean. Such a pleasant stop we really appreciated the kindness!

Had a really amazing experience during thanksgiving day when my family wanted to go out somewhere & get hot chocolate. Thankfully they were open during thanksgiving so we went in to get some. We were helped with the best workers who made the best cookies & cream hot chocolate. There names were Gia & Chez. Not only did showed up on thanksgiving but we’re making the best drinks ever! They were also very kind & listened to my somewhat big request of adding extra Oreo bits & whipped cream. All in all they not only made very tasty & amazing hot chocolates for my family but also listened to our needs. Definitely recommend them & would ask for them when ordering any lattes or hot chocolates. I wish all the best for them!

Gia makes the very best Strawberry Banana fruit smoothies. The customer service is outstanding. The store is very clean. The workers r very friendly and willing to go tha extra mile for their customers. Overall, a great place to come to not to mention, the good selection of music that plays in tha store

This is a really nice place and I love the open layout. The staff are nice and seem to be working hard making food and drinks for people but whatever food they put in that hot grab and go case is absolutely terrible.
I’ve tried two items from that case and have been seriously disappointed. The jalapeno stuffed pretzel was the worst flavor. Didn’t taste like cheese or jalapeno. Today I grabbed a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and could’ve been eating Elmer’s paste with bacon. No seasoning or flavor outside the bacon. Maybe if they put it on an everything bagel it would work better. Lawd have mercy.
The gas is cheap and that’s a big draw right now but other than that, I’m not terribly impressed. All that hype and mediocre is what’s up.
(On a side note, every time some new place opens up in town, I always manage to come behind someone who blow the bathroom up. Y’all don’t have to christin every new bathroom ffs)

Gia made the best frozen snickerdoodle cappuccino I have ever had. Honestly ever since my husband discovered Wawa coffee, he stops here every morning on the way to work, and he is a coffee snob so that says a lot. Stop by and try their drinks, and ask for Gia if you want it made to perfection.

I’ve been to multiple different wawa since I left pensacola and when I tell you none of them match the customer service I received By these ladies I mean that.
When I come through town I’m gonna be heartbroken if I don’t see these two ladies because man they had an impact in my life in that short six weeks I was in town working that I will never forget them. I’m telling you Wawa‘s has future general managers on their hands with these two ladies. They both know how to run a store, they both worked their butts off when they are on the clock.
I don’t make Google reviews just to make it. I don’t like doing it but these two ladies deserve all of the praises.

We are a military family like tons of others in the area. Despite showing two federally issues IDs (CAC and dependent), the sale of alcohol would not be made without a scannable drivers license. Federal IDs are more than acceptable as proof of age and identity per Florida law.
We’re really glad to have a Wawa nearby, since we are originally from Philly and lived less than a mile away previously. But this was a disappointing visit.

i’ve been to every wawa in pensacola, this is the worst one. They had 10 people inside the kitchen area took too long to bring me my curbside. The the one on pine forest with all always be the best. Guess i’ll stick that one since i work over there. I hate that i live next to this one now.
