Heather was joking around with coworkers and slacking off. A smoothie order for two smoothies were put in and she was just joking around doing nothing. All while our smoothies were sitting there. I have a job to get back to and I don’t get to slack off. I have to work and make phone calls and handle clients. Don’t leave your station and make me late to work. Do better Heather. No sense of urgency.
Wet floor signs are for mopped floors that drying. There is a huge spill unattended, blocking the path to the barista stand. someone needs to be mopping that area and keeping it from spreading. My friend hurt himself because he didn’t expect a gigantic puddle. He knew it was wet but not a literal gallon of water on the floor. Completely unacceptable, this is my home Wawa and I love this place. Something needs to change. First bad experience, I love Wawa.

Just left the store at 325am on a Saturday morning.
No one waiting on food but me. I’m standing by the window scrolling on my phone. I realized it was taking a long time for no one to be in there but me, so I look up and there is food sitting on the counter. I asked was it my number and neither person responded. I asked do they not call out numbers anymore and neither person responded.
I walked to the window and it was my food just sitting there, no one said anything….
Guess they do things differently on the overnight shift.

the guy at the food counter was very rude, throwing stuff around and cussing. my order was already ready and it was right in front of him yet he told me thats it’s going to be a wait.. i said no problem but then i seen my order just sitting there and when i let him know that was mine he lost his crap and tossed it to me with an attitude.. i understand being frustrated when it’s busy but don’t take it out on your customers!

While you’re waiting for your food, these employees yell, scream and talk so loud.. it makes it unbearable to wait and listen to their bullshit and watch, listen to their stupid behavior. They should keep it more of a professional manner. You’re walking into a zoo instead of an establishment. Sad that management don’t make it pleasant.

I usually don’t do review but I have to say something about this. I don’t know what is going on with WAWA at this location but I am extremely upset and highly disappointed. I have always order from WAWA through DoorDash and I have never have any issues before. I have placed an order yesterday (08/28/24) through DoorDash. Today I went ahead and took one bite of the cherry danish cheese and digest it. When I look at the danish it had mold on it. I start having a lot of saliva, I’m started having abdominal cramp, headache, and I feel nauseous. I might have to go to the hospital because of this nonsense. What made it worst there is an expire date of 09/11/2024. Safe to stay, I will no longer be ordering from WAWA at that location and some type of safety need to happen at that location.
