Reviews
It’s not your typical extra loaded ramen where you cannot taste the combination of the ingredients, it has the right amount of ingredients per plate.
Variety of other plates, and drinks. Love their hot sake!
The place is quiet and clean; bathrooms and kitchen always taken care of.
Staff is always super friendly, kind, attentive and making sure you are satisfied. As soon as you get in you start a peaceful and different experience.
They also vary the menu for summer; so it’s not heavy but becomes refreshing and healthy!
To go others are perfect for not clean up after! A really amazing spot and efficient.
Give it a try!
Our favorites are: Spicy Quartz, Amber and Pearl.
Give them a try, authentic and impressive story.
On the first order, I received plain cucumber instead of the marinated spicy cucumber (which was a $6 upcharge), and the crispy chicken was missing the baby lettuce greens listed in the description. On the second order, the broth was noticeably watered down compared to the first time, and I had to adjust it at home with miso, kewpie, and tamari to get it back to that original depth of flavor. The chicken again arrived without the lettuce or lemon, and the dipping sauces were also missing.
These feel like relatively simple assembly and quality-control fixes rather than recipe problems. The food itself is excellent, it just seems like the kitchen or assembly team could use a bit more operational support or training.
I’d still recommend this place, especially for the ramen. The core product is strong, and once consistency improves, it could easily be a standout.
My son had the creamy broth and said it was even better.
The chicken karaage had an amazing spicy curry sauce for dipping. So good.
Highly recommend a stop here.
Met cheerfully by owner Joe, recommended I try the Pearl Ramen, salt and umami base… I was concerned about how salty it was
and he assured me that it was perfect…he was right, absolutely delicious!
I had the lunch special with salmon nigiri sushi. Just the right amount and hit the spot on this chilly day.
Nice, pleasant atmosphere and very clean restaurant.
I’m definitely coming back and I recommend you try it too!
– Kids ramen (garnet) with chicken karaage: perfect portion for kid. The broth was good and the noodle was perfectly cooked. The karaage was good but they were just 2 little pieces.
– Spicy garnet (miso): the broth was rich but not too greasy and it was flavorful. The charred chasu pieces were tender, flavorful – simply delicious! The noodle was thin firm noodle and cooked perfectly. I requested extra garlic and it was perfect.
– Spicy tuna bowl: good and flavorful tuna. The rice was succulent and perfectly cooked. I wish the portion was a bit bigger.
– Chicken karaage (small): the karrage was crispy and the meat was tender but the portion was quite small.
Overall, a good decent ramen place that we would come back if we’re in the area.
