Ordered hot chocolate and got coffee. First incident was about 3 weeks ago. I didn’t go back because I had went home and didn’t want to drive back.Tuesday morning ordered some chocolate before I left my house for curbside. I got there and went on app to let them know I was there and at the pump. I waited. I got gas. I waited and nothing. I go inside noone at the pick up spot by the register. So I located my chocolate and took it because they already had made me late for work and the person who is supposed to do curbside was nowhere to be found. The lady on the other side at the checkout register snaps at me telling me not to do that. Well if someone was actually doing their job, I wouldn’t have had to go get my own stuff. Pissed me off so early in the morning. Then on that same day during the night. I went in and ordered 2 hot chocolates. One for myself and one for my husband. Got coffee again and not just one but both. I don’t know what’s happening in that place with the employees. They may need more training because they kind of suck.

This place needs to get their act together when it comes to ordering food. I’ve been to several Wawa’s and I’ve never seen a place so disorganized. You can count on something being wrong or missing. You can definitely count on having to stare at your order behind the counter while they’re selling cigarettes and lottery tickets to everybody under the sun. When there’s a short break and they can get your food for you, because you’ve been waiting and somebody could be walking up and they’ll make you wait longer just so they can get cigarettes and lottery tickets. I wouldn’t be standing there waiting to get my food with proof on my app that I have it if I didn’t order it. At least make an effort to do better people.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, made it to the second half only to see there was no chicken salad. Only avocado lettuce tomato cheese bread and ONE CHUNK of chicken. Check your food before leaving or just skip this location!

This is the only place I get gas in Hinesville. I would have given it 5-stars but getting into and out of the parking lot is a challenge. There are no left turns. Thus, you have to drive out of the parking lot, drive down the road, and make a U-turn just to get back to where you were heading.

Since moving to Georgia me and my husband have come here so much, we are originally from the west coast so we don’t have anything like this place. Whenever we go the food and drinks don’t disappoint and the wait time is never bad.

So I have only been to this location 2 times and both times they messed my food up. First time I got a plain bagel with cream cheese those only cream cheese on half and there wasn’t enough to spread around… Then I go another time for spicy chicken sandwich with spicy seasoning ,pepper, salt, cheese, lettuce and ranch… No spicy seasoning, a small dollop of ranch in the middle of the sandwich, so much salt and pepper I had to dust the entire sandwich off before I can eat it..
