My husband and I were in town visiting family and this WAWA is located near their house- the one in our city is great so we figured this one was also. We were sadly mistaken. The service was very slow- my husband got a sub and fries to go – it took 25 to 30 mins and there were only 2 other people in the store- the worker said the fries were fresh and cooked to order which is why our wait was longer. When we got to the house – ( a 5 min drive ) and he opened his food- the fries were definitely not fresh- they were brown and hard as a rock from being dipped in oil and overcooked who knows how many times. The sub sandwich was just as bad the bread was old, stale, and hard as a rock. Both were definitely not eatable. We will not be returning to that WAWA- with stores like that you are giving the brand chain a bad rep.

Don’t waste your time with the turkey gobbler from this store. Over the past few years it has become one of my most favorite subs. I even tell people about it in conversation. This was my second time ordering it this season. Each time there has been very very little turkey on the (turkey gobbler) there was a tremendous amount of stuffing and cranberry sauce, on side of my sandwich this time did not even have turkey on it. I wont driving backto complain so here it is. WAWA DO BETTER!

I went tonight around 11:30pm. I ordered two subs, I had the chicken hot sub, it was edible because I’ve been working all day and was too tired to return and I live 27 minutes from this location I ate it. However, my husband had the roast beef sub, he took one bite and spit it out!! He stated that the meat had a sour taste. I will be returning the entire sub in the am. I’ve had better from Wawa, preferably the Chesapeake location. I will not eat from here again.

The staff members here are always helpful, friendly and efficient. There was a woman who worked here named Marie who was always friendly, upbeat, and caring. She was more than just a store employee, she was a friend to all.
Horribly, about 3 years ago, Marie’s life was senselessly ended. Her loss is still felt in the community. A local church even payed for a bronze plaque in Marie’s memory, which was hung in the store. Recently I learned that one of the managers was “tired of it” and it was taken down.
This is shameful. It’s disrespectful to a wonderful woman, to the church who paid for the plaque, and to the employees who still miss her every day.
This is a HORRIBLE way for Wawa management to treat it’s employees, customers, and surrounding community. Do better, Wawa. We want you to truly have a heart for your community.

It’s a wawa like every other wawa. Some people love them and others don’t care. I fit in the I don’t really care category. It was clean, well stocked, and employees were polite. Basically they are all the same, isn’t that the point. No matter which one you visited, it has the same items for sale. At least you know what you’re getting. The best part is that it’s a quick in and out.

This is the second time we’ve ordered food and it’s been a terrible experience. The first time we ordered a pizza and waited over 30 minutes for it. When we asked they said they never got the order; however we had paid for it. The lady working was rude about it as well.
Today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and received a bagel with no sausage and no cheese.
We will not be coming back here again.

Wawa is the best!!! I grew up in the northeast, so I always stop when near one. Only place I can buy my favorite TastyKake pies (in the box) close to home.

I have no complaints on the food, but the service needs some attention. For instance, when they call your number you walk up to the counter you get ignored and when you ask somebody for the food and you give them your number and the name and they look at it and then ask another employee if they can give you your food. Another time I did curbside pick up and asked for utensils and of course I didn’t get any.

I am a big Wawa fan, a customer since the late 70’s in the Delaware Valley. Unfortunately, the farther south you go, folks who work for Wawa don’t understand the ‘culture’. On 7/20/25 around noon, I stopped to get some coffee and other items. THEY HAD NO COLOMBIAN COFFEE! When I asked about, the person who was making the specialty drinks looked at me and practically said nothing except to give me an unpleasant look. Ok, so I tried to get another flavor. ALL OF THE COFFEE URNS WERE EMPTY!! What in the world?? Again, I said to the aforementioned person that they were empty. Not only did she not say anything, she looked at me as to say “so, what do you want me to do?” and continued mixing the drinks. Horrible service!!
I should have went to the Godwin Boulevard location. At least I could have gotten the coffee I wanted and much better service.
