Saturday night and yall have 3 people making the store. I was in there waiting for a single sub for 30 minutes. Another note, rather than focus on their work and getting through their orders, the single person at the food area was more focused on talking with the customers and goofing around.

Don’t go here if you want a receipt. The last 4 times I have been here, the pump is out of paper. Cmon wawa, get it together. You want us to pump our own gas for “convenience” then we have to walk inside to get a receipt. You need to tell your lazy people to keep paper in the pumps. I don’t want to have to go inside just to get my receipt.

Hi Family! Another honest review. I must say this area has developed in real estate since I was last near this area.
I stopped at this Wawa to use the restroom & get a few snacks ( 1 healthy & 1 guilty pleasure) Don’t judge me . Anywho, the restroom was fairly clean to include the overall look and feel of the store. This is the first outside seating I have seen at any Wawa and it is very nice!
A few of the ( not so goods). No one said hello at all. There were 2 employees who walked past me, but said nothing. Everyone looks so down. I also did not see a-lot of diversity where the food is being made.
Not to say there isn’t any but at the time of this review it is around 1pm so shifts should include more cultures.
I think it is vital to ensure on all shifts it is colorful & diverse. As a Business & IT Strategist there are always ways to improve even for me . This is how the business learns & grow.
Customer Service & Retention are major KPI’s in business especially front facing such as Wawa, fast food even high end restaurants.
Overall not to bad but being friendly & having a smile doesnt hurt.

We had a great experience here for lunch on our road trip.
•The staff was EXCELLENT- super friendly, helpful, and very fast
• We ordered two grown up meals and two kids meals- both were ready fast and the kids loved it. It’s nice to stop at a place where there’s something for everyone!
• Bathrooms were clean! Everyone loves that.
We travel a lot by car and we are always so grateful for clean establishments with friendly staff. This place deserves 5 stars for sure.

There is a woman here named Madison who me and chatgpt have dubbed the panini goddess because she makes the most amazing panini i have ever had. Every other one I’ve gotten from this location is good but it hits different when she makes it. Give that woman a raise! This wawa takes pride in their work. They are also very friendly. Only 3.4 stars is insane but of course people come to complain more than to compliment. Get you a panini goddess panini! It’ll change your life! Lol

So Wawa used to have great subs. I used to love the chicken cheese steak sandwich. Was always full of meat. Well not this time. Barely enough to fill the bread this definitely was not worth the money . No wonder they ask if you want extra meat. Latte’s still taste good

By far one of the worst wawas in the area.. Understaffed on several occasions and simple food orders they are unable to make… Employees behind the counter have terrible attitudes and it takes about thirty minutes for them to make a sub.

.I usually never complain about people, but I can’t tolerate ignorance. I ordered two salads with ranch on the side. I can understand that mistakes happen and it is possible to forget an item that’s acceptable.
However, when I asked several times for the missing sauce, the young lady was listening to music on her Beats headphones and repeatedly responded with “ha”. This was disrespectful and unprofessional .
If the employees are more interested in listening to music than serving customers, then maybe this location should change the business and sell music instead of food.
