Stopped in for a quick bite heading north on rt 8 and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was hot, the eggs were over-medium, the rye toast was excellent with just the right amount of butter and the waitress was nice (and cute too)! I struck up a conversation with a local guy and apparently it’s family owned and quite popular. I’ll be stopping in next time I’m heading that way.

Great food, great portions, great prices! Well cooked, not greasy food. Super friendly staff, comfortable seating and atmosphere, clean bathroom. Stopped on our way back to MD from Upstate and it was the perfect place. Will definitely add it to the list of places to stop next time we travel!

I loved this place before I went inside. I called first to see if this place served breakfast. The woman that talked to me was by far one of the sweetest people ever. After her, I knew I had to try them! Their food was better than sugar attached on an ants leg! The place was cozy, inviting and the staff were top shelf. Thank you Judy’s Kitchen, I will make you a priority every other weekend when I travel here. I’m full, happy, and quite honestly a little sleepy after that incredible food! Attaching pics because, well, it’s the best and others should see what the best looks like ♥️

Some days the dinners are really good with large servings but other days they are a bit over cooked. As for the marinated chicken with cheese and bacon on a bun I’d never get it again. Didn’t taste marinated, seems like they grilled/fried it as it was dry and hard to even cut.

The prime rib and alfredo are to KILL for… but you won’t have to since they’re very affordable! Homely atmosphere as this is a familial business. Dining area of intimate dimensions, with full bar adjoined. Bathroom clean. Free and fast wi-fi. Unpaved parking lot out front for about ten cars. Wheelchair accessible! In October 2021 Larry Sharpe himself came here to introduce Thomas Quiter and Jennifer Caci who announced their campaigns for the respective offices of NYS Senate and New Guilford town board.

Update – Picked up 2 subs yesterday….50% to 60% of the size they used to be. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge problem, but they charged the same price as the larger subs they used to make. Went from excellent food at a great price to good food at a high price. Note, picture included in this review is of previous larger sub sandwich.

Don’t let the exterior scare you away! If you like homemade soup or fresh cut French fries among other delicious yummies, this is the place for you!. Service was wonderful.
