The hotdogs were all gone what fatty ate them all. The bananas were all green, I know im not paying some poor family in south America for that! The scanner was bad at reading and the music was offensive. I liked the food selection however.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 very small orders. 2 people behind the counter, 1 person in line before us. The entire time the lady making the food(Amber) was making snide comments and clearly had an attitude. Food was finally finished and then had to wait another 10 minutes for our drinks. Thank God there are multiple wawa options because we won’t be stopping at this one again.

Worst hoagie ever. Wawa’s quality has gone downhill. How do you mess up a turkey hoagie? Bread was hard as a rock. Taste was awful. Please train your staff on how to properly make a hoagie. Also no professionalism.

This has to be the worst Wawa in all of RVA. Everytime I order food from here it somehow gets stolen…. The employee and manager always say there is nothing they can do about it. Maybe stop setting the food out for anyone to take…. Majority of the other locations keep it behind the counter (maybe this location should try that). Will never use this location again… make your like easier and go to the one towards Amelia.

Waited 20 minutes for a hot sandwich, that turns out was already made and was allowed to get soggy and cold, because the 20something genius behind the counter made an executive decision all on his own to no longer use the wrack for to go food. But did he call out when Togo orders were ready? No he sure didn’t.
Did I get an apology or remade sandwich. No I sure didn’t. Use the damn Togo wrack because you aren’t going to notify us when our order is ready otherwise. This was absurd. Wawa is a multibillion organization, you think you know better than them?

Wawa restrooms are usually very well maintained so that’s a plus and I really like how they have this lip on their stall door for added privacy. If not there then you’d just make eye contact with everyone that comes in the restroom. Just needs a changing pad in there and you’ve got your 5 stars! And yes they do have seat covers.
