Jason’s made my birthday from start to finish today. First email I saw when I logged into work was a birthday coupon and it just completely brightened my day that a local small business values its customers enough to give perks like that. Today was incredibly hectic and my small pizza was absolutely delicious. 10/10 customer service when I got there and overall just brought a lot of joy to my day

Jason’s pizza is consistently great. Some of their other items are mediocre, like the fries or onion rings for example, but are fine if eaten right away. The big problem is their chosen delivery system. They avoid accountability by putting all the blame on DoorDash, but I know they’re aware of how terrible the deliveries often are due to not only myself having to call them almost every time I get delivery, but also as shown by the numerous bad reviews complaining of the same issue. Jason’s… just stop going through DoorDash. If your only option for delivery is absolutely awful, hire your own drivers or don’t offer delivery at all. The food is not worth waiting 2 hours when you live 10 minutes away and the food takes 15 minutes to make and you already tipped the driver. It’s not worth trying to figure out where your food is for an hour while it goes completely cold because the driver delivered it to the wrong address and then immediately deleted the temporary number so you can’t contact them. Definitely not worth my kids having anxiety when they figure out that we got delivery because they’ve had to wait hours to eat every single time we got it from you. You know it’s a significant issue, so work on it. If my family doesn’t have the time to get over to your store, then we’re just not going to order from you anymore.

My husband and I moved into an RV at the beginning of the year. We decided to start a tradition where we order pizza from a local business when we get set up at a new place. Jasons was our 4th pizza stop, which is owned and operated by the Fell family. They have a few locations in Maine. We went to the Stillwater location. We tried the Maui pizza, which was delectable. Loved the addition of drizzled honey! The pizza crust was thin and chewy with just a touch of crispness. We also tried the salads, which were wonderfully fresh! The tuna salad was especially tasty – who knew that tuna added to salad would be so good! They have many interesting items on their menu. We will be back to try one of the specialty subs and perhaps a calzone. Side note – I am obsessed with their pizza boxes! As an avid reader, it warmed my heart! Bonus – the staff were super friendly!

Usually love Jason’s but the one on Stillwater seems to be run by teenagers who don’t really care. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Jason’s. Soggy, undercooked, and way too wet with sauce. Had to put it back in my own oven to finish cooking it.

I don’t typically go to Jason‘s, but I Was really in the mood for pizza tonight. I placed an online order for delivery was quoted a wait time of 65 minutes which was fine because it was 6:45 Pm and I didn’t need to leave for work until 9 PM. I decided to wait and get ready for work after I eat dinner because I didn’t wanna smell like pizza. An hour went by and my order said it was on its way. I live roughly 10 minutes away from the pizza place. So it’s not too far. I waited and waited and waited, and it wasn’t showing up. I called the store around 8:20 PM as I was now, gonna cut it being late for work between the time it takes to eat dinner and get ready. Lo and behold, the person who answered the phone tells me that my order was still at the store. So my order had been sitting ready for god knows how long without being delivered. The man proceeds to tell me they’ve been having delivery issues all day with a lack of drivers. It’s now been over an hour and a half since I placed my order. You think anybody with common sense would call a customer and tell them they’ve been having delivery issues. I would’ve gladly come to pick my order up over an hour ago had I known they were having problems. But if delivery is available on their website, you think they’d be able to deliver. So now I’m going into a 12 hour shift, having not been able to eat dinner because of their poor service. I would’ve loved to known that they weren’t able to deliver. It wouldn’t have been a big deal. But here I am now hungry and angry. Be better and communicate with your customers.

Best Pizza (in this style) I’ve had in the area! Not really any place to sit down, so take out only. That’s why 3 stars for atmosphere/service, but it’s not a detriment at all!

Exactly what you would expect from Jason’s Pizza, quality food, great service, great portions and plenty of options! Not much to say about this Bangor area classic, it’s worth a visit, and great to see them expanding!

Food is good but just recently I placed an order for pick up over an hour in advance and the food wasn’t ready till 20 minutes past the pick up time I had set and I had to sit there watching others get their food as mine was being made late, while I understand getting swamped with orders a heads up would have been welcome
