Lady on register was really sweet. But the people making drinks were so unbothered with the fact that they handed me a chocolate macchiato instead of caramel twice, after asking them each time if that was caramel they smiled and took the drink back, the first time I think they just took the whipped cream and chocolate off and handed me that cup then I handed the drink back because I noticed the chocolate sitting at the bottom, they took that one back and proceeded to make everybody else’s drinks, stopped by there to grab a coffee and that stop lasted around 10 minutes for a single macchiato drink, I love Wawa and I always stop by one whenever I travel which I do very often, but I’ll avoid this location from now on, pretty ridiculous.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich which was stale and all around nasty should have been American cheese and was a sharp cheddar which ruined the taste of entire sandwich instead of cooking it when ordered they apparently slather an old sandwich with butter and squished the hell out of it either on a grill or a flat top not sure which but was basically an edible. The place is clean, but it took really long just for my 1 drink to come up. I think its still new so they were maybe still learning.

I just got back from there… Dropped $25 on food… Cold trash… And get this… As I was waiting for it the manager lady came over all rude and demanded I provide my receipt to check if I got the 6 dollar meal option on 2 orders… She said its because I was supposed to bring the chips and drinks up at the point of sale… But the sign clearly says grab your chips and drink while you wait for your food… So obviously I have to pay first then don’t I?… Then get my items… Definitely contacting corporate… Pulled me and my girlfriend up in front of everybody and sat with a calculator at the front receipt shaming us… BTW I’m a regular customer and even paid with my card… What kind of service is that?…

Went in to place a to go order. None of the machines were working correctly so I couldn’t order anything. Instead of actually helping me.. the kitchen staff just looked at me and talked crap about me as I was leaving. Wawa has been my FAVORITE for years but, this one is AWFUL.

Waited 20+ minutes for a buffalo chicken steak quesadilla all for them to only put buffalo sauce and cheese on a tortilla and slap it together……The roasted chicken caesar panini was missing the caesar dressing. Don’t waste your time
