So the manager tonight (white dude with glasses, worked 12/23/25). I had ordered food from the app. I ordered the buffalo chicken strips sandwich. Come pick it up, pay and go home. I get home and it wasn’t toasted, ok..that’s cool. I opened the sub up and no chicken. Just lettuce and tomato and bread. So I come back, he apologized. I asked to throw fries on the side since I had to come back. He says fine. He then tells me, it’s gonna be about 10 min. Do you want to wait or something else? I said I’ll take a milkshake. This long haired individual says “I don’t think so, that’s a little to much”. I said ok then a mac.
I’m not one to cause a scene, so I took the Mac. I’m not the one to write a review either, but I been waiting 10 min and I still haven’t got my food. My family already ate their food. I can’t get a damn milkshake. So disappointed.

The staff looked dazed and confused, and stood there for 5 mins before looking at the order screen after watching us come in, place our orders and pay. We watched her lazily prep the food. And my 9yr old can make a better sandwich than what she made. Terrible service. Will never use this location again. The store was clean and orderly tho. So at least they did something right…

Everytime I doordash from this place they make me waste my money. They put drinks inside a cup holder.. and then put them in a bag. Which leads to the bottom of the bag tearing and my drink going everywhere. This is the 4th time this has happened. Stop putting cup holders inside bags. Especially if you aren’t going to refund.

Waited 17 min and gave up on cup of Columbian coffee today. It was just sitting behind the counter (2 containers and I waited the full brew time) and staff just looked the other way. I paid for coffee and ended up just leaving. The regular coffee in front ended up emptying out also.
