Also appreciated the clean bathroom. Wish they had tables like some other wawas but otherwise great!
I totally understand computer errors so I asked how long the wait for a new pizza would be and was told I would need to place an order and pay for a new pizza. I explained that I was already charged and was told I would need to pay again and call the 1-800 number tomorrow for the refund for the original order.
I was then told a manager was refusing to speak to me and was unable to offer any resolution. So I decided to place and pay for a new order so I could at least receive food and I would deal with money at a later date.
I was then confronted by a gentleman behind the counter who rudely attempted to explain the situation again, once again I stressed I was only concerned with getting my food and that I would glady reorder it. I received nothing but attitude from the gentleman and ultimately chose to leave after he accused me of trying to get it for free.
The cashier at the front attempted to help as best as possible but was ultimately let down by her fellow coworkers. There was one nice gentleman who offered to work on the pizza but was berated by to other staff members for “talking back” to the original worker who I assume is the manager who refused to speak to me.
Today is a holiday and I am forever thankful for the fellow service workers, like myself, who work holidays but this behavior is just unacceptable.
