This is a business I frequent often not only for their gas prices but for the outstanding service I receive. As well, I am crazy for their Italian sub and others food items made to order. Honestly, I believe it is better than Subway’s subs, and I enjoy Subway! The store is busy but has fast service, clean bathrooms and a good supply of stocked items on the shelves. Let’s not forget reasonable gas prices at the pumps. If you’re looking for a delicious snack or lunch sandwich stop in for a hand made sub to go!

Not usually getting food or gas here but I love the options to customize my drinks. The last drink I had the staff make me so super divine. Passion fruit, mango, green tea, unsweetened coconut juice, and dragon fruit pieces. Amazing. 10 out of 10!

The pizza was actually amazing. This was the first time I’ve tried it and wow, I was impressed. The other food here is always great as well. It’s a WaWa… it’s pretty much the same as most others, but what sets this store apart is their friendly associates.
Also, they’re usually quick. The pizza I ordered on the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes and it was actually ready in about 10-12 minutes. And they were fairly busy.
Overall, this is a great store.

DeLaneo J. at Wawa, Charlotte Hall, MD went above and beyond! I accidentally left my paid items at the register, and while I was pumping my gas, he brought my grocery bag out to me in the cold, pouring rain. Such a kind, caring young man with excellent customer service!

Everyday I stop off at WAWA before I go to work, and I am always respectful. But after a year of asking them to put a ‘regular’ amount of cream cheese on a bagel and they still treat me like I’m a peasant for daring to ask for the smallest request. Good solid location! We’ve been to a lot of other Wawa locations and this one is just as good as the others. It’s clean, organized, well stocked, and the bathroom is clean. No complaints overall. And the gas station area is maintained well. Decent location!

I have been posting pictures of how I’m treated in this WAWA, For the past 8 months every time I go in there to order something there’s always a problem, I haven’t done anything wrnong to these people and I don’t understand why I get mistreated the way I do, I went in there this morning and even though I don’t like a lot of extra cream cheese I have to pay extra for it because if I don’t they’ll barely put anything on it they do it on on purpose because they try to get under my skin. the immaturity in this Wawa is ridiculous.
(2nd trip around 4 pm)
I went in there to buy a few things for my family and also to buy a pack of cigarettes, I have never been asked for my ID but when the woman asked for my ID I gave it to her because I know it’s what they’re supposed to do, but when she took my ID she stared at it for about 30 seconds before taking her hands bending my ID all the way around the edges as she was pruning her face up and making a “Hmmm” noise, at that point I had enough of the nonsense and agitated i told her to stop acting silly and give me my ID back, then she scanned it. When I called Headquarters, they said they’re not even supposed to do that they’re just supposed to scan it, which then let them know that my ID is good and I am of age to purchase tobacco products. I have been coming to this Wawa for well over 17 years and it has only been around the last year year and a half that this new group of people have been pretty much taunting me I’m tired of being discriminated against I have done nothing wrong everyday I try to do great things and be the best person I can be but at some point I’m not going to tolerate being treated like that especially being how much money I spend in that store yes I have contacted my lawyer but I am waiting on a response from corporate I’ve documented everything I buy from that store and everything they make so that if I need to I can show just what they do to the food I order. I am currently dealing with health problems, and I don’t need to deal with any more problems, especially from Wawa employees.
(BTW, Lee Woods is my 2nd account, look at what they did to that order)

The associates are rude, and called us liars when we clearly paid for our food. Disrespectful to bikers, it’s not the first time for disrespect but this was uncalled for and no apology was given. Will definitely not stop here again, maybe no more stops for this brand of store.

It’s a Wawa… I don’t know what you expect out of a gas station but I’ve never had a bad experience here. Except for that one time the slushy machine was out… Other than that nothing to complain about.
