You know, I used to love coming to Wawas. Over the year, here’s what I’ve witnessed.
1. An overabundance of just plain bad people going there (that’s not Wawa’s fault)
2. Wawa going cheap on the rewards – they used to give you breakfast burritos, but hey, now that we’ve got you as a customer, why bother, right?
3. Constantly out of sausage crumples
4. Today, not even any cream chipped beef – do they even have it anymore?
5. The breakfast burrito I got this morning – without sausage crumples – is absolutely smaller than I remember them being
And that is why I rarely go to a Wawa for anything but gas and I’ve actually grown to simply not like them.

Night shift and day shift are always so friendly I love coming in there everyday before work with my wife and grabbing coffee and then coming home at night after work and grabbing food. No matter what’s time of day it is the atmosphere is always nice and the people are always very hard working and respectful. The Burgers are amazing!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Wawa. I went to check out, and for some reason my PIN didn’t go through the first time. Instead of being helpful, the cashier flat-out told me I wasn’t allowed to get cash back from the register and that I had to go use the ATM. Fine. I went to the ATM it worked perfectly.
But when I came back, she had already canceled my order without even asking me. I told her I’d use the kiosk, but when I tried, it showed a transaction error. She saw me struggling and refused to explain what was going on. Then I had to stand in a long line all over again, only for her to tell me at the counter, with attitude, “Yeah, I canceled your order you’ll have to put it all in again.”
That’s beyond rude. She wasted my time, gave me zero explanation, and made what should’ve been a quick, simple checkout an absolute nightmare. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. In the end, I chose not to spend money and leave, showing my pure frustration with the entire ordeal.

Just went here to try their pizza. First off $16.99 for a 2 topping pizza was a bit overpriced. Frozen pizza crust, the garlic was a nice touch. Got it home and it was over cooked. The top looked ok but the bottom was burnt. I know I will not be buying another pizza from Wawa again.

Got a bagel egg and cheese. Bagel was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Cheese was unrecognizable, it was black. See picture below. Will not go to that wawa again.

You’d think they would remove the doordash pickup station if they aren’t even going to USE IT. Waited there for a long time for my pickup order, couldn’t get a hold of a single employee, when I finally did I was greeted with the most rude person I ever met who couldn’t care less and barely answered my question and wasn’t even paying attention either.
This is my job, and not giving ANY indication that the pickup that is standard for every single other wawa is different from here is horrible. You’re wasting people who are workings time. I can only make money if I am fast, put a sign up at LEAST.
